*** During a move on Oct 9th, of the people sent to move one was constantly on his cell phone When I pay by the hr for a move they allege to be qualified to do, I expect them to act professionally
There was nothing professional about this company
This move was nothing short of a dump and run
In the morning, I gave them my credit card information In the afternoon, I opted to pay them in cash I had a neighbour watch me pay them so I had proof I asked immediately for a receipt and to get my other information back They said they would do so at the end of the day By the end of the move, they left the fridge they took apart in a million pieces, they damaged the door at the other location and didn't even have the courtesy to let me know there was a problem, they damaged the bed-frame, broke the headboard, broke the leg of an antique rocking chair -- all trying to cover everything up None of the furniture was wrapped covered with moving blankets They can't load a truck ***
Now, I have
They picked up a Muskoka chair that I had put in the garbage when I asked them why they loaded that they gave me some lame excuse They way the dealt with it was to throw it on grass in front of the house for which I could be fined
Now I'm left with them charging my credit card even though they were paid in cash, damages at the other location and more expenses to put together the fridge along with having to purchase a new bed-frame which left undamaged but arrive missing pieces or wheels completely broken
When trying to deal with the dispatcher Matthew, he was rude, unprofessional and hung up on me When my credit card company tried to speak to the same individual he also hung up on them
Hire anyone but not this company - your possessions won't be treated with the care that they deserve nor will you be treated with any dignity or respect
This company is nothing short of being deceitful and totally untrustworthy
Don't take my word for it, look at all the other people with similar complaints against this organization
Insist on seeing they give you your receipts immediately don't trust them to give them to you - they won't
I asked for one thing and one thing only - I was really sick and had nurses coming twice daily I needed to get my bed set up so I could lay down Never happened

When my furniture was unloaded at my new apartmentTwo dressers were completely damaged with gouges, scraps and chips of paint missingMy couch had a huge black line on the top cushionWhen I called the manager to complain he was so rude and wouldn't even let me get a word inWhen the furniture was completely unloaded, the drivers took offSo I paid for an extra hour of work that I was never reimbursed for
Needless to say....STAY AWAY from this company!!!!

I arranged a last minute move with this company from finding their ad on [redacted]. The person booking quoted me the normal pricing for moving, took my information for pick up and delivery. When I met the movers at the location, they informed me that they would not even move an item without a $200 cash payment/deposit. I had to run to an ATM to get cash before they would even load the truck. After loading they demanded the rest of the payment, again cash, from an estimate of the time it would take to get the destination and unload. I have never dealt with a moving company like this before!! I have used several professional movers in the past several years and have never experienced this. The truck had no name or identification, so I took a picture of the license plate. I am sure if I had not done this, all of my son's possessions would have disappeared.

[redacted] Did not stick to agreed upon price.Insisted on a $200 deposit when the men first arrived. Changed the price once the furniture was loaded on the truck, and insisted I pay the new price before the items would be delivered. Said if I didn't pay, then his men would take the items off the truck and keep my deposit. I also ended up with a dent in my wall and a 3" scratch in my hardwood floor in the living room.

I hired these jokerrs a month ago. Wanted 300 cash up front. After the move informed me there were added costs. $1.00 a stair etc so the movers made me a deal. I paid them $ 50.00 cash instead of $75.00 paid to the company.. Storage for a month was $80.00. My grand total was well over $600.00. Today I waited 4 hrs for them to finally show up with my property. Lamps were broken , dishes broken and black grease like marks all over my new box spring , mattress and livingroom furniture. They just dumped my stuff and ran. I phoned the company and tried to talk to (the owner/operator? ) [redacted]. I will make sure no one I know or friends of friends even uses this mickey mouse company. Oh and todays price was $500.00.
