EBT Bus Tours

Review: On March 27, 2012, I contracted with a coach company, EBT Bus Tours. We paid them in full and on the day of the trip, 4/19/2012 the driver showed up to get the group and drove approx 1.5 hours out of DC toward New York City. the driver stopped the bus along the road and told our group that he would NOT drive them on into NYC. He would leave the group sitting where they where at or take the group back to the pick up location. We then had to hire 2 other companies to continue our groups tour of NYC. EBT Bus tours was not accommodating at all and would not find another mode of transportation or a different driver. They Have not reimbursed us for the price of the contracted coach and will not return phone calls. Absolutely horrible customer service to threaten to leave a group along the road. the owners, Dana and Tony did nothing to help this group.Desired Settlement: We paid EBT $3500.00 and then had to hire two other coaches at the price of $5327.50 combined for the 2 coaches. we are seeking a payment of 8827.50 in return for the cost of all 3 coaches!
