I have bought furniture from ebudget furniture twice, once in (bedroom set and living room furniture) and once in May, (family room furniture) These have been the best furniture buying experiences I have ever had Their prices are fantastic, and the furniture I ordered looks great and was delivered on time, with no delivery charge On one of the deliveries there was a slight issue, and all it took was one phone call to the owner Rich and he took care of it in two minutes! I couldn't be happier and I am very impressed with their excellent customer service I highly recommend ebudget to everyone, and I will continue to buy from them in the future

We bought a TV Stand from this (order number 8904531) on July 7th and they have not delivered it yet. Time to time I am trying to call Matt and Rich who are telling me they are waiting for this to come from overseas. I asked them to give me credit for 236.07 dollars or deliver the item.
They have stopped responding to my phone calls and this is very unethical.

Secondly, on another order which they delivered, there was a defective mattress which they said would credit 40 dollars. After two/three weeks a dining chair just broke on sitting and we sent photographs by cellphones. They are not receiving calls.

I would like to get $236.07 back for non delivery of the TV Stand and refund of 40 dollars for the defective mattress and $100 for the broken dining chair credited electronically or by mailing their company check or cashier check.

WORST experience EVER! Called and placed an order with them and they promised that they will deliver the items on a certain date. They called the same day of delivery and said that it would be additional 2 weeks to deliver these items?ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I specifically told them that I need it to be delivered at this day since after we will be on vacation!Not only they failed to deliver the items but also veryyyyy RUDE!

Honestly I would stay a way from this company, They are not even really affordable!HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Ordered chest of drawers June 7,2018,Thursday and I was promised to have it by Monday June 11,2018, but no show. I called again Ebudget furniture on June 14,Thursday and I was promised to have it the next day. Once again no show. Then, on june 17,2018, I called again to cancel my order and demand my money back which I paid full thru debit card. The guy I talked to said he will do it. Up to this moment which is exactly one week ago no money has been refunded back to me. I have been ignored. I am writing this review to warn customer what happened to me. I am giving ebudget a negative star if available.

I couldn't be happier and I am very impressed with their excellent customer service. I highly recommend ebudget to everyone, and I will continue to buy from them in the future.

This company sells top quality modern furniture at rock bottom prices. I searched in person and online for a Midcentury sofa for months and could not find ne for less than $1700.00 Ebudgetfurniture.com sold me the same sofa WITH A MACHING LOVE SEAT for $459.00 for both pieces delivered for free to San Diego. Yes they were a little late delivering it but they drive all the way from Irvine during rush hour to get it to me. These are real folks that will work a great deal for you. They do not join rating services as many f them cost up to $100 a month and that is why furniture costs so much everywhere else. Their website needs updating but if you call and ask they will text you clear photos if you request a certain style or if you cannot see the photo on the website just tell them the item number. I love my beautiful Midcentury sofa and loveseat and they even gave me 90 days same as cash financing with out a hard query on my credit report.

Review: The bottom of the couch where the cushion sits began to rip after about a month and a half sent 2 warranty requests with no response after a mount of waiting for a reply. You called and was told it wasn't covered and it was because the cushion rubbed on the wood construction. But wasn't covered it normal wear. I asked for the manufacturers contact info and they refused to provide. And they then proceeded to give me the runaround.Desired Settlement: Fix the rips on my less than 3 month old couch

Review: I placed an order on the 2nd of March on their website. The website neglected to mention that they were out of stock. Today is April the 15th and I have been told on numerous occasions that I will have my order by specific dates but I still have not received my order. Unfortunately I got tired of waiting and finally decided to cancel my order. The headboard I order is still being shown as available on their website today.Desired Settlement: Have them address the fact that if an item is not in stock it should not be sold or made available on their website.

Review: I purchased 1 bed two mattresses , one recliner, one sofa. I chose this online buisness. At the time of purchase, they advertised Totally Free delivery,and Set Up. Anywhere in So. California. The prices seemed fair. I opted to have finance my purchase, as offered by their Site. [redacted] is whom financed my purchase. I was unable, once approved for the loan. To get an estimated time of delivery from the furniture co. E-Budget. They would not send my order until , I signed and dated their contract. Which, I had no problem with. Until, I read the contract. They said I must sign and date prior to recieving any merchandise. The contracts stated that my Furniture had already been delivered to me, in excellent condition. When in fact, it had not. Not until they recieved all the contract papers, was I able to set up a time for delivery. I had not gotten a call back from E- Budget. Someone, I was told would call me to set a time and date. A week had gone by, I called them. They then set the time and date. The time was 7:00 p.m . They had given me. When the guys from E Budget came, they did not have my Mancora Sofa. Also they did not arrive until 11:00 pm that night. They told me they required an additional Fee of $ 40.00 Cash to give me the furniture they did bring. . Which I had to pay, before they would give me the furniture. They just left the furniture. They did not set up what they did bring. I never recieved the Sofa. I have still had to pay [redacted]. The complete amount. Even though, I never recieved the Sofa. With interest. I have been in touch with both E Budget and [redacted]. Have not been reimburrsed. For the Furniture I never recieved. This purchase was in End of January 2015. E budget Furniture told me two different occasions they would have it delivered, in two weeks. I was told by customer service twice now. They were issuing me a refund for the full amount of the sofa. Not including the interest I have now paid.Desired Settlement: I would like them to return the money I paid for the Mancora Sofa , I never recieved, as promised. Only with the interest included that I had to pay as well. As a consumer, I would appreciate a full investigation of their practices. I am pretty sure it's a violation of my rights for one. To order me to sign and date documents that state. I in fact had already recieved Merchandise from them and that it was in good condition. When in fact I had not. Also since this incident , I have been back to their website. It has changed. They're no longer advertising free local delivery anywhere in SO Cal. Nor Free Set Up. This was false. I had to pay delivery fee and they did not set up as promised. I was forced to pay for a Sofa I never recieved. No REFUNDS, I was told. They refused to deliver the Sofa.

Review: On April 28, 2015, I ordered a "9 Piece Counter Height Tan-Toned Marble Table and Stool Set" from ebudgetfurniture.com for $852.12. On May 6, 2015, they delivered only six (6) chairs, instead of eight (8), and the table (in addition to other two items I ordered: a sectional sofa set and a spiral wall mirror.) I contacted them right away and they said they were going to research it and will contact me right back. Since then I have not heard from them. I have made several calls and have sent several emails, and a letter, and they have not responded. That's why I'm making this report. Today, 5/19/15, I called them 4 times at 1-877-360-1284, and they just hang up. In their "BUY WITH CONFIDENCE" policy, they claim: '"OUTSTANDING" CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OUR GOAL AND WE STRIVE TO MAKE OUR CUSTOMERS HAPPY'. This is a lie. And in their TERMS AND CONDITIONS it reads, "We want you to trust us as much as you would trust your favorite retail store you have been shopping at for years." I cannot trust a business that steals from customers. I will never do business with them again! ebudgetfurniture.com is not a reputable company, in my experience!Desired Settlement: I just want my two (2) missing chairs delivered or a refund for the cost of them.

Review: Submitting a complaint to address a concern with; customer service, refund & product regarding a purchase that took place on 08/15/2015 of a 2pc Reversible Sectional with Ottoman order#[redacted]. On the homepage of the website it says 100% money back guarantee, buy with confidence. All purchases on our website are RISK-FREE- if for ANY reason you are not completely satisfied when the furniture is delivered, you will receive a FULL REFUND, including any delivery and shipping charges! This site has no showroom to see products, solely online.

I was advised more than once during the placing of the order that I would be contacted by phone 30mins prior to the delivery. I never recvd that call. My son which is not an adult & 16 happened to be home during his lunch break, to answer the door. He has no authorization nor was listed on the paperwork to accept this delivery. My son called me & I left work to go home ,when I arrived they had already started to assemble the furniture without my consent. Upon my arrival I expressed discontent with the product and the delivery/assembly men were unaware of a return policy. They advised that if I was not happy with the product to contact them later & they would come by to pick it up. They left all the packaging on my front lawn. That evening I submitted a request to there customer service email on processing a return. There was also an issue with quality at the time of delivery in which resulted in the assemblers "fixing" the issue. The fix that was intended to address the issue has now become obsolete as the issue still persists. Recvd a response back that I will not be able to return the product due to their return policy and attached a link. In that link it states can not return items that are not in original packaging or assembled. I followed up with a response stating that product was already out of its packaging when I arrived & being assembled &drivers said to call for pick up. Recvd 2nd response stating would talk w drivers.Desired Settlement: I'm expecting a full refund -was not happy with the product and now the quality/construction of the product is becoming faulty. Customer Service is unsatisfactory and the business practices of this company seem unethical. With understanding the nature of owning a business I'm even willing to pay half but I do not think that I should be stuck with a product that is faulty, unsatisfactory & pay full price. That seems very unethical & deceiving, a poor way to run a business.
