 I was never informed that I would be charged a shipping fee. When I inquired about my order the web site stated it was shipped. When the order was not recieved I inquired again. I was was then sent a  email stating order should be received the next day. Never stating there would be additional fee. I shipped the item back due to the dress being too long adn no time to alter it. I was charged 35.00 ..I have yet to be told what the $35.00 represents. Again I authorized this company to charge my account one time, the purchase price. The company has made 2 unauthorized deductions..I'm not satisfied with their response.

 My complaint has not been resolved. I gave authorization for this company to debit my account once. They in turn made two unauthorized debits from my account..After I was told it was free shipping they charged me Shipping when I complained about not recieving my item. Then they charged me again 2 months later stating the item was returned to them damaged. both of these transactions were unauthorized. The Company stored my account information and used it at will. Unauthorized. not once in their policy does it state that this will be done. i'm nopt satisfied with their response.

On September *, 2014 she said she wants to return item because the dress was too long. We said its fine return back to us and we will refund you. She ship the item on September **, 2014 and once we received the item. We refunded her on 9/**/14 total of original transaction of 79.04. We received the item from FedEx after business hou rs thus it did not go through inspection and box remain unopened and it was kept on the shelf securely. Recently, we received an order from a different customer on the same dress and same size. So we open this box for the first time after she returns the box. Review: This company made 2 unauthorized debits from my card. I made a purchase. .I authorized that purchase . I contacted the company due to not recieving the item they claimed shipped. They sent the item next day delivery snd charged my account for the shipment.The shipping charge was not authorized. .They just debited my card. I Returned the item and received a refund. On 11/**/2014 The company again made sn unauthorized transaction of $35.00 stating the item eas returned damaged.Desired Settlement: I want the $10.00 shipping fee returned and the $35.00 they charged me for the item they say was returned damaged.

I purchase one jeans pant and two t-shirt. Free shipping and my order was delivers in three days. Overall I am happy the customer service I received.

I recently order two jumpsuit from ebuybit for my birthday . Gone through many website and not satisfied what I found until I came across this site. I love their jumpsuit collection. My order came in three days in nice box. Very happy .
