Dear customer and Revdex.com,I'd like to review in short what is our process when receiving inventory to our facilities in NY and NJOver percent of orders are fulfilled in house at our locations in NY and NJWhen we receive large shipments of goods through the authorized dealer network of the
manufacturers that we deal with, our team inspects every box and serial number to ensure our customers receive the best possible shipped productFor this particular SKU the order would be fulfilled by a 3rd party reputable dealerWe suggested to our customer since it is not shipping directly from our facility to check the packaging and TV thoroughly before the driver drives off(This is a positive recommendation) Post states order is for a inch TV The order in our system indicates it is for a inch TV. Post also states disputed amount of Customer's credit card was not charged for this orderOn our website for that sku it states the TV is on a delayed availabilityOur policy is to charge orders on the day orders are shipped outCustomer wanted a quicker outcome and was recommended an alternativeWe would never ask a customer to cancel an orderEvery order aside for making a living, we value every customer

We can **grade customer to the 2017 model at no additional cost with an **grade to white glove shipping at no additional cost. [redacted] is only an option for 65 inch TVs and below.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
The business is correct that it was a 55" TV and that my card was never charged - I never said it was.  They do not address the complaint about bait and switch. When I tried to order the TV they did not say they did not have it Stock but as I said before they tried to make me order a more expensive TV. When I refused I was told to place the order on line through there Website. If it was not in stock why was I not notified. In about two weeks and after numerous phone and tries to make me order a more expensive TV c I was told  it will be shipped by a third party.  I was told that company rebuys leftover Tv from company like [redacted] and [redacted]. That does not sound like a reputable dealer to me.  In  my last phone call to them I was told that the third party did not have the TV in stock either and they were waiting on there shipment to come in and delivery date was available. This company advertises the cheapest price online on items that they do not have available to sell in order for them to sell a different more expensive item. They are not being truthful when they said I was not told to cancel the order. What about the multiple companies they have selling the same products!
