I'm a year Erin Condren fan who turned into a fanaticThe products are top notch with great materialsI know there have been issued of the wait time for orders to arrive, this is generally due to personalization to your orderThese products are worth the wait and it is part of the hazing process into the EC community!

After having an month planner for a months of use, the lamination on my planner is peeling at the corners on the front and backThe plastic zipper pouch is also falling apart from useFor as much as I paid for this planner one would think that it would hold up to being usedI won't be ordering another product from E.Cafter reading on Facebook about customer service and shipping/product issues

So let's say you want a planner! That probably means you're pretty busy, right? So chances are if say you order a planner in ohhhhhh June you expect to be able to have in in your hands at least a month lateWell Erin [redacted] has absolutely no concept of the importance of thisI ordered an month platinum planner under what I felt were some reasonable assumptions- 1) That I would actually get it by July 1st since I had upgraded shipping and the planner STARTED in July2) That it would be letter press style foil as that is what is advertised on her page3) That for the price paid my order would be accurate and if it failed to be so that accessing customer service would not be impossibleAll of these things proved to be wrongOnly after hounding and hounding after my ship date was my planner moved from pending to shippedIt was not the planner I orderedThe foiling process has been switched to a printer it is no longer foil press as advertisedGetting refund has been a trial

I placed an order with the company on Jan 10, The confirmation email said that the product would ship between Jan 13-I paid for over night shipping, and awaited my package each day until Jan 16thOn this day, I received an automated email stating that there was a lag in their system and that they were behind in productionWhy they waited until the last possible ship date, is beyond meAfter speaking with several Customer Service representatives, I was informed that they knew about the lag in production, and were still taking ordersI spoke with one over the phone and asked why the web design team did not adjust the projected shipping dates to reflect this, and he said that the management had not approved a tentative hold on ordersI was told that my planner was in its last stage of production on Jan I then waited to get a shipping email, and still none was receivedWe are now days after the order date, and days after the last ship dateI email in a request to speak with a representative, and they send another automated email on how they are working hardI know I am not the only one, but I asked to just be sent the "ready to go" planner that they show onlineI was told that they do not actually carry those, and they too go through productionI was then told that the foiled planners were the ones that were lagged, mine was not a foiled oneSo, I receive and email saying that I will receive a call shortlyI do not receive one, so I email in againFinally, on Jan I receive and email saying that I will be calledIt is now Jan 29, and I barely received a call, conveniently after I get an email saying that it is ready to shipIt is now weeks past the shipping date, and I was told by the customer service rep, Alvin, that they are given automated responses for each case and scenarioI was then told that they have had this problem before, and did nothing to prepare themselves for it, should it happen againI was also told that my concerns and suggestions would be taken into consideration, but they were still fully accepting new orders onlineThe company is being greedy, and are not considering that their guest satisfaction is plummetingI was offered to have my shipping costs put into my Erin C*** account for store creditMind you that I am not out a whole month in my planner, I refused and asked that it be placed on the card I paid for, and that I wanted 1/of the cost I paid back on my card as well, at the very leastI was told no, and that they were only refunding shipping for those who had not received it in a timely mannerWhat are you doing to compensate for the amount of product that had gone to waste, nothingThey are still accepting orders as we speak, and do not plan to adjust the projected shipping dates, giving hope to their consumers

I had my eye on the Erin Condren Life Planner for months but knew it was out of my budget as a college studentAfter my graduation, my sister bought me one for my birthday, just a few months after I started my first full-time jobIt has been the most fun adventure with a planner!
I had *** *** planners as a kid in school, but I never liked the adult versionsThey were no fun! What I loved about my ** kid planners was the jokes on each week, silly animal facts, and colorful layoutI felt like I was playing when I was being productiveI used them like journals sometimes, and I still have most of them
I tried *** planners in college, but never stuck with itNothing has been as engaging and as beneficial for my crazy life (juggling a full-time job, part-time job, and part-time volunteer positions) as the Erin Condren Planner
The company also gives GREAT perks if you stay on their email listI got a FREE cover this year as part of the EC Thankfulness campaign!
I can't say enough about how great this company isI hope that I someday get to bless the Erin Condren community in the way it has blessed me

Very upset with this companyOrdered a product, and was charged for itThen I was told that transaction was "voided" even though they CHARGED me, I have to take it up with my bank because it's apparently not THEIR PROBLEM when they charge someone and don't give them the productsMy bank has to handle the situationWtf?! Not a way to run a business

Wow!!! I'm not a big complainer and generally take it easy on companies when it comes to hiccups, but the negative reviews on here are ACCURATEBUYERS beware!!! I ordered a planner for the new year to use at work and personal endeavors on DecemberThe order showed that my planner was suppose to ship on December and its now December and it still has not shippedI requested for an order cancellation and total refund todayIf you like Erin Condren's products, I encourage you to go through Staples and not worry about the personalized aspects with your initialsI'm a big planner/organizer and completely disappointed with the delay of over weeks of waiting for my order to shipIts seems like their marketing and customer service is decent, but production flow is very slowI will NEVER purchase through their direct site againNow I'm awaiting my refund

January 14, 2015 - I put in an order with this company.
I spent almost $300 buying product from this company. The videos and the website advertise beautiful items organizational items, I am a student and mother and need to stay organized. So I bought a planner that cost over $70 alone! I paid for Fedex Ground (3-5 business days) for shipping and today is the 31st of January and I STILL haven't received my shipment. They were unsure of a Logo on a card that I ordered and when I clarified several times they didn't ship the rest of my order. Even when I told them to drop the cards off the order so that I could get the planner that I needed, they still dragged it out and sent me a PROOF and I approved it and they STILL didn't send out my order. I tried on different days to call their business to talk to customer service, I got a recording and then it hung up on me. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN MY LIFE!
When a company spends money on a beautiful product, a great website, takes my money, yet CANNOT DELIVER??? I finally received an email that says I will get my order on FEBRUARY 10TH!! ALMOST A MONTH LATER!! I AM FURIOUS!! I cannot believe this! I normally don't come on this site and complain, but I just feel like their customer service and shipping department are way below par and I will not be buying from this company again.

After having an 18 month planner for a 12 months of use, the lamination on my planner is peeling at the corners on the front and back. The plastic zipper pouch is also falling apart from use. For as much as I paid for this planner one would think that it would hold up to being used. I won't be ordering another product from E.C. after reading on Facebook about customer service and shipping/product issues.

I'm overall not satisfied with the customer service from [redacted]. A personalization mistake was made on my order- as in someone else's name was out on my items. There is apparently no 1-800 number available to contact this company's customer service department, only an email address. Many days passed between receiving email correspondence. The company requested photo proof of their mistake, and then tried to offer only a $10 off coupon for a future purchase- noting that it would take awhile for items to be reprinted. $10 would only cover shipping with this company! The planner seems to be a good quality, but for the price you pay it should be. When I purchase a product personalized, I expect the personalization to be correct. EC should have gone above and beyond to try to correct their mistake. Worst customer service ever!

I just completed and received my first order from EC and I love it! I ordered a life planner with a ton of accessories and plan to order an address book and carry all clutch next! It states clearly on the website when you can expect it to ship and mine shipped faster than predicted. They also send little extras in the box like gift tags etc and they are great! Definitely thrilled that I found this site and can't wait to have a long term relationship with him.

I have no idea how this company is still in business. I placed an order and received an expected ship date. Over a week has gone by and I have tried to reach out to find out about the delay. Their customer service representatives say they will put in a request to production, which after having them put in several requests with shipment still not impending probably means nothing. The company doesn't list a phone number, so you cannot contact them unless you schedule a call over a week out. The delay in shipment is bad, but the lack of communication from the company is ridiculous. I would not recommend anyone use this business.

Don't bother spending the extra money on one of these planners. You'll be just as happy purchasing one from Target. I've had to have my two planners I order d reprinted twice due to damage and each time they just come back worse than the last time. I give up. I will take my money elsewhere.
