Review: EC Istallations was contracted by Pacific Sales to install my double oven, Dishwasher, Cooktop and Hood. I asked for the prices for each install the night before. [redacted] told me $190 for the double oven, $140 for the dishwasher, $140 for the cooktop and $110 for the hood. When they came to do the install on Friday December 6TH they told me that they would have to cut my cabinet for the double oven to fit. He said it would be an extra $30. And they would have to cut my tile to make the cooktop fit. That would be $60 each side and they would have to cut each side. After they were finished he told me that the total would be $830. I assumed it was the correct charge so I wrote the check for $830. I know I should of calculated it before I wrote the check. The total was suppose to be$730. I was ripped off by a $100. Well, the hood ended up being crooked so my husband called them on December 7th to have them fix it. [redacted] said they were busy that day and would come on Tuesday. My husband asked for they receipt and he said he would email it. My husband didn't hear from them on Sunday or Monday to tell him what time they would be coming on Tuesday so he called them on Monday night. They came on Tuesday to fix the hood. Instead of cutting our moulding to have the hood fit properly, they removed our moulding. I told my husband to call and complain, but he said he would just fix it. My husband waited until Sunday December the 15th to text [redacted] for the receipt. Still no receipt so my husband called on Saturday December 21st and left a message on his voicemail saying that he hasn't received the recipt via email. He left his email again. Still no receipt so I filed my complaint with the Revdex.com. I believe it's because we were over charged and that's why he's ignoring my husband's messages for the receipt.Desired Settlement: Refund of $100.00 for being over charged and the receipt that we've been waiting for. Please have him email it to me.
