Review: The company has processed a payment for services not rendered. Appointment to start services was scheduled for 9/26. Due to this companies C- rating with Revdex.com, I contacted them on 9/22/14 and cancelled appointment explaining that due to poor ratings I was cancelling the appointment. They charged my [redacted]. I did not sign any terms or conditions stating that I would not be entitled to full refund or to authroize pre-paid services. The payment was to secure my appointment. They did not provide any terms and conditions or service plan. I called and went in for a refund and each time the employees states they are not authorized to refund and refuse to allow me to speak with a manager, owner or anyone authorized to process the refund. I have contacted [redacted] and they have filed my dispute and suspended the charge from my account. The dispute could take 3-8 weeks. Also, if this company's rating has been revolked, they are still displaying the Revdex.com Membership on their doors.Desired Settlement: Refund only if [redacted] dispute does not agree, however it is my understanding as long as I did not sign a written terms & condition, then I have not fully consented to their authorization of charging my credit card. Therefore, this would be a complaint for Revdex.com purposes and to hopefully impact their rating. Also, if this company's rating has been revolked, they are still displaying the Revdex.com Membership on their doors.
