Review: This business is a scam. I went to Jayden realty for help in finding and apartment and under the assumption that every person who was showing apartments were realtors, they are not. I gave this realtor 3000 dollars after being assured that I was already approved by the buildings management. After a month of the run around, no return phone calls or emails, it was apparent that there is something very wrong with this place.The person that showed us all the apartments now is nowhere to be found, the owner ( which I found out is the only real certified realtor) is also no where to be found. My husband and I are now out 3000 dollars and they have copies of all of our sensitive information which they refuse to hand over to us. The only reason why this scam was exposed because I looked up the management company and called them myself. They never heard of any application being filed for that apartment on my behalf and they never even had any communication with this realty company.Desired Settlement: I want the 3000 dollars which I have a receipt for and all the copies of my w2, bank account information,ss cards for my whole family along with our birth certificates.
