RE: [redacted] - Complaint ID# [redacted]

Dear Ms. [redacted],
/>

EC Suite, LLC is the third party payment processor multiple websites, as well as a variety of business solutions for merchants with a variety of business models.

After reading the complaint that Ms. [redacted] has submitted, I must admit that I am not entirely sure I understand the exact nature of the complaint.  I have searched in every database and email server that I could access and I can find no record of an interaction with Ms. [redacted].  In all honestly, I’m not entirely sure of whether she is a merchant or a customer of one of our merchants.  So while I cannot speak directly to the issue that has compelled Ms. [redacted] to file this complaint, I can speak to the complaints that she has brought up in said complaint.

I can assure you, as well as Ms. [redacted], that we do in fact verify the information named in this complaint prior to allowing one of our merchants websites to go live.  When a merchant decides to enter into a business arrangement with our company, the first step is to sign up using our online form.  This form requires potential merchants to enter the contact information, site information, payout and payment information, as well as reading and agreeing to the terms of our arrangement.  Once this has been completed, a contract is created and sent to this merchant, which they must returned signed and accompanied with copies of their photo ID’s for a further layer of verification.  Once this has been completed, the integration process then moves on to our review team, who will comb through the website to ensure it is within compliance of our acceptable use polices and is fully functioning prior to it going live.  Once our review team has signed off on the website, all of the paperwork that has accumulated during this process is once more reviewed to ensure it is complete prior to activating the account and allowing the website to go live.  This process takes roughly a month or so to complete and involves a lot of interaction between the merchant and the various teams working together to get their website live and processing payments.

While I was only able to address this complaint in a general aspect, I would like to look into the specific situation that has caused Ms. [redacted] to submit this request.  If you can ask her to contact me directly at the contact information listed below, I would be more than happy to look into the matter personally.

Regards,
