period.Ms. [redacted] failed to mention her $1,000 deposit was returned to her, that her mother's property was in ProbateCourt and that she wasn't the court appointed Trustee when she negotiated this transaction.Her mother's "estate" was in County & Federal tax lien foreclosures and has severe damage from unlawful tenantsalong with major electrical and plumbing issues.
