Review: I ordered disposable cameras from this company on September [redacted]. I did not need as many cameras as ordered so I returned a large portion (14 cameras) back to the company. I spoke with a representative who gave me the address and directions for returning the items. The were sent via [redacted] on Oct. [redacted] (within 30 day return time) and were delivered to the company on October [redacted]. I have not yet received a refund. I have contacted their customer service department multiple times and they have refused to process the return or to put me in contact with a supervisor or the correct department to process the refund.Desired Settlement: A full refund for the cameras returned, plus a refund for the return shipping.

Review: Ordering from eCameraFilms has been one of the most ridiculous experience of my online shopping history! I would NEVER recommend ordering anything from them! I ordered cameras...that they apparently did not have in stock..so instead of telling me they were out of stock...they sent me these ugly beach cameras that DID NOT match my wedding theme! so I returned these cameras at their request on 6/**/13 and they were suppose to refund me! and now...I still don't have my money! Worst customer service ever too!...they write in broken sentences, and barley have any understanding that they are in the wrong. They owe my $91.37 which is the total purchase price with shipping. They Advertised these white cameras, but then sent me these beach cameras..this was not acceptable, so I emailed them, and after horrible emails back an forth they finally agreed to refund me..however that was 5 days ago..and I still do not have my $91.37. Please help!.Desired Settlement: I want my $91.37 and eCameraFilms should not be able to sell/ship the wrong product..to me that's false advertisement.

Review: Under order number [redacted] - Customer Id [redacted] on 8/**/09 I received three (3) Polaroid Disposable Cameras (PDC1) that expired on June 2009 and seven (7) Polaroid Disposable Cameras (PDC1) were going to expire on Nov 2009. [redacted] from Ecamerafilms.com replied that they don't have any longer that polaroid camera in stock and that he would replace the 10 cameras. He was going to send replacement cameras on 8/**/09. I returned the 10 cameras following the compnay's guidelines using a RMA request number [redacted] provided by [redacted]. I never received the cameras. and on 9/*/09 they sent an e-mail stating that www.ecamerafilms.com had sent me a $19.50 gift certificate with a code[redacted] which had been redeemed by someone else already. I kept calling and sent at least 20 emails and they have never replied.Desired Settlement: Valid gift certificate code
Review: I bought a bulk pack of 20 rolls of film Kodak Ektachrome 160T. Before making the purchase, I contact eCameraFilm to make sure about the expiration date. They responded the film has an expiration date of 12/2014. When I received the package, the expiration date was clearly deleted from the package and there was no place where to find that information. I contacted Kodak in Rochester and they have informed me that the film has been out of production for over 15 years and all the remnant of this film (if any) has been outdated years ago. eCameraFilm made a false advertising about the expiration date and later delete from the package any information about it which is clearly a fraud.Desired Settlement: I want my money back.
