This company approved me for a loan of $2,500. After depositing fraudulent funds. My account is overdrawn almost $4,000. I want this amount returned.

They got my whole Social Security Disability Check on Friday October 2,2020. I had a 1,012 that had been deposited into my account and they left me with 14.00 and some dang change and I didn't get a chance to pay one bill.

I did a loan app online and they called me and had all my info from social to bank account info everything and whatever they did made my bank close
Oct 1,2020 I received a call from Ecapital loans saying that they approved me for a 3000$ loan and they had all my info ssn bank info address everything so I had no reason to do it until they said they would send a small deposit and I would have to send it back through cash app or gift cards and right then I knew what was happening but it was already in motion so *** shut my account down the day before my direct deposit hits and now I'm broke and screwed . I called the number back and the guy who answered swore at me and said crazy things.
I need my bank figured out and my information saved and hopefully they don't get anybody else
I had gone online to get a loan and I had run across E Capital Loan. Well this guy supposedly named Justin *** called me on my cell and said I was approved for the loan I requested for $2500. He then said I could be approved for $3000. I was skeptical about it. Well Justin said I would have the money within 20 minutes, and it wasn't there. But somehow he got into my bank account without me giving him no information. I checked my account and there were 4 reversals in it. I had called him and the people there were giving me the run around about him calling me back. I was given different numbers for that company to get ahold of somebody. I had to close my account and opened another one due to the fact of how he was able to get into my account without my information. Well I write everything down and I have names who I talked to, numbers of the company, and even the funding managers numbers. That company is a company but have fraudulent people working for them. Til this day I still do not have the money, but I don't need a loan anymore. my bank lady said it's better to get a loan from either a bank or credit union. To me and some reviews I got to read, I'm not the only person who was scammed by a legit company. So if there is anything you can do to this company, it would be greatly appreciated.

Explanation of Charges I would like to get compensated for the stress and gas it took me to run around trying to fix their mistake and because I'm under doctor's care due to all the stress these people have put me thru and all the lies. This company is a SCAM even though when I did my research they are a legit company. You can't do innocent people that way.
