This is a terrible company! First of all, they are so understaffed that I was put on hold numerous times for more than 20 minutes. The machine stopped working two days before it was to be returned, so I was told to go ahead and send it back early. When I visited my Cardiologist a month later, they had received no feedback from the company. After I gave them my monitor number and they contacted eCardio, they were told I had no disruptions, even though I had manually triggered the unit during at least two arrhythmias. When I tried paying on-line for the bill they sent me, after typing in a gob of information and typing "enter" I was told the system was down and to try again later! I told my Cardiologist all this info, and they are no longer using these cretins!

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  
The response from the company states nothing concrete. She indicates this was resolved with the customer but this is the last phone communication (or any communication) I have had with them. “On 7/24/15 I talked with CSR Meredith and the final call was that I was being "charged”. I took issue with their final conclusion and elaborated further how it was impossible that I damaged the machine when it was on the way back to them and in possession of the new one; easily documented by me. I was told that “she would have a supervisor call me directly (7/24/15)”. I never received a phone call (as of 7/28/15) which seems to be the MO every time I left a message. I will accept a written response from the company that indicates “it has been determined the customer is not responsible for the damaged monitor we sent them and he will not be billed”. Something concrete that they have adjusted my account to show I am not subject to this charge or any charge on second machine (not going through this again with them). Maybe the company determined I am not responsible and “closed” the case, but I have talked to no one and the last I heard from Meredith I am responsible and need to talk to supervisor. Trouble began in short order after the start of using the e-cardio monitor prescribed by my cardiologist. Short battery life, long recharge times and too precise placement of the electrode tabs in particular. On two occasions I spoke with a representative in hopes of getting the unit to perform as advertised. No such luck. In the 7 days of the 14 day prescribed monitor time I wore the device my Dr. was able to use 3 1/2 days of the information transmitted. Even though I returned the unit in 7 days and had only 3 1/2 days of useable data e-cardio wants to be paid in full for the 14 day prescribed monitor time to the tune of $2,065.00. I would not recommend this company under any circumstance.
