I contacted *** regarding a fee that was taken from my bank account in error because my monthly fee was already taken out of my bank account.
They told me to contact Ecashflow Services at ***. I have called them three times and talked to *** twice and *** once. *** said it would take 2 wks to get refund and *** told me 6 to 8 wks. I talked to *** on *** and *** on ***. I am frustrated that I am being told different policies from people working at the same company and the same number and nothing is being resolved!
I would like my refund back in my bank account asap.
Our records show an ACH credit was sent directly to your bank on ***. Please check your bank statement for a credit/ deposit representing the refund of the fee. If you need further information we can provide the bank routing number and the last 4 of the bank account number where the funds were sent.
