This insurance company insured atfault driver hit my car which caused diminished value and they are not paying me legally a fair amount for my loss of my vehicle's value which is a rare Acura TL Type S Carbon Bronze Pearl The insurance adjuster ignors voicemails, emails, phone callsWill respond maybe a week later and the supervisor is just as badFirst they told me I wasn't entitled to any diminished value then he went to $then $Says he uses a Georgia based formula which is innaccurateBut my diminished value is worth over $3,I've had to Hire and pay for a diminished value expert and appraiser to deal with this messHorrible company and customer service and no good faith in this company
Customer service is something this company DOES NOT haveI was rear ended by on of their clients & my car was deemed a total lossThey then called me to ask if someone can take my car for an estimateI asked what I was suppose to drive in the mean time & was offered a rental but I had to pay for insurance & deposit which wasn't fair to me because if I was never hit then I would not need a rental carThey then offered me $for not having a vehicle during that timeThe next day I get a phone call stating they will be giving me $1500+ for my vehicle but I was confused because I was just told I had to turn my car in to get an estimate.( phone calls from different people now) after asking which was correct because I was getting different stories Amy S*** then with an attitude say " Well I can get the other girl on way because obviously something isn't right" long story shortTHEY DONT WANT TO PAY FOR YOUR LOSS & THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
ThiefsThey are crooksTheir client hit us and instead of fixing it they tried to call it a total loss and give me for a 3300$ minivanI have kids and one is an infantThe force and damage he hit my car with was crazyand I was rear-ended and the excuse that he gave to the officer was out of his peripherals he didn't see my brake lights on so he kept on driving and in his total honesty he said he was textingTextingWe had Hospital complications my girl was out of work for days and for all repercussions we called them and they put us on holdAnd never come back on the phoneWe have a lawyer on the case *** *** and ***and after this review I'm going to write another review everywhere I'm going to Revdex.com and request that their certification gets revoked because apparently I'm not the only one that they've done this too I see plenty of reviews where they are at FaultI promise this to everyone reading and I put this on my four children we're going to get the proper reciprocation or this business is going to get shut down starting with NashvilleI mean this is crazy my daughter's car seat came from the back seat all the way to the front everything that we had in our storage in the back of the van came all over the front windshield damage Fender damage frame damage bumper completely gone back door completely gone and these m*** wouldn't give us the amount that we need to buy the same exact thingAnd that that the cheapest van that we found online same here same make same model was for $2,They're trying to give me $1,their review on my vehicle was wrong my vehicle is in Excel they put me down for regular Wii have privacy window 3rd row seats 6-disc multi player All stock equipmentThieves and Crooks $1,is not even a down payment they were supposed to get us a rental car and if we didn't take the rent a car they gave us $But if we took the rent a car we'd have to pay insurance and a deposit crazy I've never heard of anything like that in my life Direct General Insurance? Got a letter stating they were not going to renew my policy, when I called to inquire why they would not tell me, they stated that I had to write a letter for the reasoning. when I was on the phone with them I tried to cancel my policy since I got coverage from another company... then they proceeded to tell me that I could not cancel it over the phone even though they verified all my information. I will not recommend this company to anyone
