Hello [redacted] Here is our response to complaint # [redacted] eCatalog Services has been working with [redacted] from Eclipse Eyewear to set up a WebstoreThis project has encountered several bumps in the road, but eCatalog has been in communication with this client as recently as this past Friday, April 8, In working with [redacted] we found that he had been sending the information that we needed to an old email addresseCatalog has an automated response that goes out to people who have used an old email address informing them the address is no longer valid and they need to use the current address; [redacted] believed it to be an automated “Thank you, we have received your email” So it appears there was just a communication glitch [redacted] has provided all the data and information that we had requested, we will be finishing up his webstore in approximately the next weeks Do not hesitate to let us know if you need any additional documentation Regards, [redacted] Vice President Marketplace Intelligence
