My husband and I were on vacation in Miami, Florida when we were deceitfully entangled with Eccentry Holiday's " right of use" vacation package We were allotted ONLY days to cancel signed agreement without proper access to product (vacation online membership vacation destination details, etc.) meaning, we paid for an elaborate advertisement without seeing the product for weeksOnce we finally received a username and password, access to the Eccentry Holiday (E.H.) website we noticed it's lack of luster than what we were promised We contacted E.Hto inform them the product, was unsatisfactory and did not meet the description we were sold on We have invested $9,in a vacation package that we do not and will not use I was able to speak with a manager at Eccentry Holiday once Instead of him verbally consulting me, he emailed us to inform us that retraction of contract was past dueI endeavor end to contact him again, but all he avoided multiple phone calls, emails, and voicemails My next plan of action, a little too late, was to contact the bank whom E,Hused to finance the vacation package via a credit card in our namesThe bank says if I had contacted them sooner maybe they could retract the transactionThey then stated that they couldn't interfere with E.Hday contract cancellation documents Now we have paid E.Hor the bank nearly $3,000, but we noticed the interest rate has increased without our knowledge We now suspect Eccentry Holiday is a scamWe are miserable with this unjust situation

My husband and I purchased with Eccentry Holidays in 2015, as stated they gave you a three day right of refusal The catch is that you could not view the properties until after three days Once we were given the password information we were able to view the details We were not happy with what we saw It was not what had been promised to us I contacted RipOff and lodged a complaint RipOff was able to contact Eccentry and they reimbursed me all but the closing cost I was happy to receive most of my money back Note, do not sign a contract without seeing exactly what you are gettingWith a timeshare you have at least a week in hand With Eccentry you walk away with nothing, waiting for the right of refusal to expire and then you are able to see what you get Reminds me of "Let's Make A Deal!"

There is nothing good about this Eccentry Holiday! I have not heard anyone who is satisfied with the service, you pay and pay and then seek to holiday and continue paying at prices that compete otas agencies are very, very closely with many best deals and tarifas. No 'm happy with this membership relaxation far from bringing me has been stressful with their calls and interest payments and growing companies of collection.Toda a nightmare for someone who is busy and trabjando hard to live with dignity.

My husband and I were on vacation in Miami, Florida when we were deceitfully entangled with Eccentry Holiday's " right of use" vacation package. We were allotted ONLY 3 days to cancel signed agreement without proper access to product (vacation online membership vacation destination details, etc.) meaning, we paid for an elaborate advertisement without seeing the product for weeks. Once we finally received a username and password, access to the Eccentry Holiday (E.H.) website we noticed it's lack of luster than what we were promised.
We contacted E.H. to inform them the product, was unsatisfactory and did not meet the description we were sold on. We have invested $9,000 in a vacation package that we do not and will not use. I was able to speak with a manager at Eccentry Holiday once. Instead of him verbally consulting me, he emailed us to inform us that retraction of contract was past due. I endeavor end to contact him again, but all he avoided multiple phone calls, emails, and voicemails.
My next plan of action, a little too late, was to contact the bank whom E,H. used to finance the vacation package via a credit card in our names. The bank says if I had contacted them sooner maybe they could retract the transaction. They then stated that they couldn't interfere with E.H. 3 day contract cancellation documents.
Now we have paid E.H. or the bank nearly $3,000, but we noticed the interest rate has increased without our knowledge . We now suspect Eccentry Holiday is a scam. We are miserable with this unjust situation.

We were approached by a very nice young man at the BBQ Festival in Wynwood. We knew it was too good to be true - a free cruise and lunch. But we lived close to the Newport Hotel so we said we would venture out and find out what they are selling. We knew 100% we were not going to buy anything (and we didn't). But boy were they hesitant. We lied the whole way through because we knew they would lie back (and they did). BEWARE its ALL A SCAM. And they do this for a living so they are good at it.
1. This is a TIMESHARE. They lie and say its a membership. You pay your annual dues every time you choose your vacation. With a regular timeshare you pay your annual dues every month or yearly and then when you travel its "free." This scam company can get away with calling it a "membership" because they hide their annual dues by not charging you monthly but instead whenever you vacation.
2. EVERYONE gets offered $9,000 for "one week." They say you are getting a great deal and its tailored to you. It is NOT and its a SCAM.
3. The sales rep is an uneducated hustler. He has TWO cellphones. One is actually his and the other one is "his" but really its own by the company. He always shows you "his" vacation photos of all the places he has been but, surprisingly not, he is never in the pictures. He LIES like there is no tomorrow. He told us about when he went to Disney and the animals at the Animal Kingdom Lodge come up to your balcony. LIES! We have been there and there is an electric fence so the animals can NEVER get close to your balcony.
4. The brochure they show you says 65% off the cruises. Your contract says 35% off the cruises. And lies goes on but I couldn't possibly list all the false advertisement here.
5. They trash talk the Newport saying how this hotel is only a 2 star hotels but Eccentry only lets you stay at 4 or 5 star hotels. However, they are renting out space at a 2 star hotel and they show you the amenities of the Newport as if those are the amenities you are expected to have with their membership.
6. BEWARE of the TAG TEAM technique. The sales rep at the end brings in a "financial manager" this person ([redacted]) is extremely "nice" and "she cares about her clients." BS, she cares about herself. She lies too. Even saying she has so many vacation weeks she "donates one week to her pastor." I doubt she goes to church.
7. When you think you are done and you get to leave. They bring a "customer service manager." He begins by asking you how the tour went (mind you he asked these customer service questions in FRONT of your sales rep). But in the end he is just trying to sell you a cheaper package of their membership. Instead of $9,000 for "life" he tries to sell you 10 years of membership for $3,900. Its all a SCAM.
8. Worst of all is that the "FREE" cruise is not really free. It turns out the travel company is also a SCAM and they take your money but never actually register you for a cruise. (I read their Revdex.com and the ripoff comments). Luckily for us all we lost was 2 hours of our lives. We definitely won't be going on a "free" cruise nor will we EVER buy this scam membership.
ALWAYS research everything you do.
