I have ordered from them in the past.the shipping is always extremely slow. real lack of customer service skills.I ordered from them about a year ago and never received an order or any responses to my emails regarding order status. I had to have my bank reverse the charge, having stated all of that. the products they carry (eccentric ape incenses)are second to none. I have decided to give them a second chance and have placed an order totaling over $80 . I hope they will deliver this time. I can't find any other incense comparable to eccentric ape. I really hope I don't end up having to reverse charge on this order.I really want the incense i've missed it

I ordered on the 6th of December 2018 received confirmation and received notice pay pay deducted from my bank than nothing. have sent e mails to both and no response! this company and pay pal are some kind of scam. wanted to give no star but wouldn't accept my review without at least 1 star

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have...

determined that this response was not 100% correct. Yes I did receive a refund from them but only after I filed a complaint. About a week later I did receive a refund and never received any information about why the order was not filled

Ordered my products on 9/14/16, never received my order, never received an email conformation and finally after a few days of trying to contact this company I was able to talk with a woman that had 0% customer service skills! She said they were without power on thursday and friday and I told her well my order was placed on the 14th, she then said "ohhh well its gonna be shipped today" no f'ing thank you lady!!! I then told her to refund me and she said "no problem" and hung up on me.....guess we'll see! I did dispute it through paypal of course.

Review: Ordered the product on 8/22. Called and emailed vendor numerous times beginning on 9/10. Generic electronic voicemail at their #. No responses from any contact until I called again on 9/18 and while leaving a

message [redacted] picked up. She promised to call me back within an hour, never heard back. . Have left 2msgs and

Review: I place an order with this company on Nov. 19th 2015, on Dec 13th I emailed the company to see if the producers have shipped. The company does have an automatic reply email that is sent. I followed the instructions on this email but it was not useful for me. I emailed the company again and on Dec 16th and I received an email On the 18th stating the had wrote me but did not receive a response to let me know they were out of a sent in a product I wanted. I email them right back and ask for a different sent. I have heard nothing else from them. I have email at least 6 times asking if the products have shipped, if so when, if not could they just refund my money. I have no received any information from them other than the automatic response and the one email.Desired Settlement: I would love to receive the product. If not possible in a timely manner then a refund.

you should file complaint and have your bank reverse charge if this happens to any of you.you will not get any help from this vendor

Review: I ordered a small incense burner for $12.85 off their Ebay store "pklypath" on April 24, 2014. I made the mistake of hitting an old address on my paypal account without realizing it. When they told me the item had been sent back, I asked them to please send it back to me as it was a birthday gift. The amount of $12.85 is not what I had an issue with, the issue was the following 3 emails I received from them. Firstly I was told by an[redacted]; " what, you don't know where you live," then I was told, " We have an attorney that loves to make extra money off people who file complaints on us on ebay. In the last one I was simply told " don't contact us anymore." I did give them a bad review as the level of unprofessionalism was literally childlike. Obviously it wasn't the point of $12.85 to them, but the issue of not liking my honest review. I then contacted ebay directly, explained the situation and told them I was willing to work out the issue and have the review removed if they would resend the item. I expressed I would gladly cover the shipping and handling fees, or if they could please issue me a refund if not willing to re-send the item. Ebay passed this along and there was no effort on their part to work with me. I had to open a case with paypal and was I finally refunded on the 19th of June. I dealt with this situation for 2 months and I really don't want other people going through this with them. I am still in shock that I was criticized both personally and with an attorney over an item for $12.85

Below are the e-mails I received from this establishment...

Dear [redacted],

Hi, You know you do not have the correct address, "You do not know where you live." We sent it on time with the address you provided from Paypal and Ebay. The package finally came back and it is being looked at paypal.

This is totally your error, I will forward to Paypal and Ebay and let them that you are trying to damage our business

as you already tried with your feedback, blaming us for your mistake. Ebay told us not to refund until it was returned.

Thank you [redacted] Dear [redacted],

Hi, Your information was provided to paypal and Ebay. I am unable to do anything because it is an open claim which must be decided by paypal. I authorized them to refund you but it is up to them to do it. We do not have

access to the funds related to this transaction. You wrote on a Sunday and opened a dispute on Monday

Sunday is not a business day as stated. You need to look over your accounts in Paypal and Ebay

there is something wrong with the address or zip code because we do not change the address it is all

provided though paypal and ebay and you are the one who provided them with the information. You said we are

unprofessional as you blame us for your error. "We do have a lawyer retained for false comments and other abuse,

he is always looking for extra work."

Thank you[redacted] Dear [redacted],

Please do not contact us any more. [redacted] - [redacted]Desired Settlement: I feel [redacted] owes me a personal apology for her behavior towards me, in the 2 months I have dealt with here. I also I'm not seeking a sarcastic e-mail from her, but again a professional apology ...

Business

Response:

Buyer made error. Buyer was unbelievably unreasonable and completely unwilling to accept that the mis-delivery and all subsequent issues were due to his negligence. Buyer claimed we shipped to a zip code where he never lived, then verified that it was indeed the address he selected. He never admitted this was due to selecting wrong address nor would he accept any responsibility for it being shipped to the wrong address he provided and then later verified.

At this point it also showed a confirmed delivery.

After this came false negative feedback which, upon review, was determined to be abusive and spiteful by the popular sales venue in question and removed. Next came threats to make these ridiculous claims to Revdex.com and other websites. This is no longer tolerated. We work very hard to provide these products reliably and treat all our customers with all due respect, but we do not accept threats or abuse.

Eventually, it was returned to the system and shipped back to us weeks later and we authorized a refund, but due to the nature of the problem it was being reviewed by the payment processor and awaiting their determination so they delayed him further. We have all correspondence related to this matter on file. Since buyer's conduct is a clear violation of acceptable buyer conduct on the site in question we expect no problems in purging his abusive comments wherever they turn up.

We readily admit our errors, and we are humans so they are possible, but we made no error with this transaction and have spent considerable time with aggravation as a result of this nonsense. The buyer wants an apology instead of offering one. Obviously, we do not agree.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID[redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Firstly, I would like to respond to specific areas of this companies e-mail response. Below they are stating they are " human and errors are possible." Well, I agree with them as I am human and also make mistakes. The error over the mailing address I had on file with PayPal was explained to them after I was sarcastically told; "what you don't know where you live." The only reason ebay removed my complaint about this issue is because I offered to work with this seller. Otherwise the complaint would have remained on ebay, It was not determined "abusive" by e-bay in anyway, as ebay encourages feedback. This merchant has 7 complaints posted on ebay within just the last 6 months by other buyers. I feel abusive behavior is when one is criticized personally for an error and threaten with an attorney due to making an honest complaint. I did not threaten this company with the Revdex.com or other web-sites. I stated I would file a complaint with them and I don't see where that statement is a threat. Also, I have all their correspondences on file and included several on my original complaint.

"We readily admit our errors, and we are humans so they are possible, but we made no error with this transaction and have spent considerable time with aggravation as a result of this nonsense. The buyer wants an apology instead of offering one. Obviously, we do not agree."

Along with the below part of their e-mail lets examine some other bullet points in response to my complaint that are obviously extremely unprofessional and child like.

- Next came threats to make these ridiculous claims to Revdex.com and other websites. "I addressed this above, how is a statement of fact a threat?"

- Since buyer's conduct is a clear violation of acceptable buyer conduct on the site in question we expect no problems in purging his abusive comments wherever they turn up. " On what scale, or law are they measuring, Violations of Conduct?"

"We readily admit our errors, and we are humans so they are possible, but we made no error with this transaction and have spent considerable time with aggravation as a result of this nonsense. The buyer wants an apology instead of offering one. Obviously, we do not agree." " How can they actually want an apology from me when it took 2 months to receive a refund. I opened the case with PayPal to receive a refund 6 weeks after dealing with them personally in trying to resolve this ...

Response:

Buyer was treated with respect until he became disrespectful and also

tried to damage our business with blatantly false feedback.

Buyer claimed he was going to work with seller, but that was false; He never was cooperative at any point. Additionally, this had no bearing on ebay's determination. They do not remove feedback unless there is abuse although they do allow a buyer to change it from negative to positive. Removal is only done for some breach of acceptable conduct. Though ebay usually sides with the buyer on feedback issues sometimes the case is so clear that they take action. The agent said no seller should have to deal with this. A quick review of ebay's policies will show this buyer's comment to be false. Since, ebay has blocked his comments he is taking them here which I will now have to report to ebay as further evidence of this ongoing harassment.

Apparently, the buyer wishes to resort to falsehoods, name-calling and other nonsense out of spite since there is no basis for any ongoing communication regarding this refunded matter. Obviously, any review of our feedback would show this buyer's claims to be highly unlikely. In light of that, his chop job on our emails and insults tendered seem to indicate the truth of this matter.
