He will not return my calls and come out and fix the issues Im having!!! I had to call *** to come out ***
I bought a Ac and furnance from EccelsIve nothing but issues since he put in my New Furnance
*** found all these issues wrong
coil pan not pitched correctly
Freon aquistion charge no correct
Condensate drain line not ran properly,causing water to overflow
Flu not put up to code when instal done by prviuos company( supposed to be double well pipe only single well used)
broke humidifier drain nipple and didnt fix correctly
NO Permit pulled on orniginal install
Im so frustrated with there lack of commincation and not answering my calls!!!! Ive been having this isssu since *** He installed the furnace *** has been out to my home numerous times with issues! Wrong wiring,no airflow from ac Please help me put a End this bussiness! Thank you *** ***

*** is a wonderful Business man He is prompt and always delivers on his promises My Son has requested his services on numerous occasions to fix his old and worn out AC system When it came time to get a new system (furnish and Air Conditioning) he had the best price by farI my self was in need of a new system he delivered with a efficiency, thousands below the price of the other companies with the same system My Mother AC system went on the hottest day of the summer and the day of my son's wedding With company roasting in the heat, *** was there at on Saturday morning and had the unit installed before we got back form the wedding The house was cool and the guests were comfortable I would recommend Eccles heating &Air Conditioning to anyone
