Good Morning, In regards to [redacted] claimWe did not receive any emails nor phone calls regarding his home repairs before Friday May 12, On Friday May 12, at 3:pm Mr [redacted] emailed [redacted] stating that we have chosen to ignore his phones calls and emails [redacted] tried to reach out to Mr [redacted] which he ignores her callsShe emailed Mr [redacted] trying to address his concern in which they came to agreement that he will select a day and we were going to send our subcontractors on Friday the 19th around pm to start addressing some of his home repairsAll our subcontractors and our office have contact Mr [redacted] to make arrangement to address all his home repairs concern
