Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]I honestly can't believe that the owner of a business is saying that the only reason I want a replacement is because I don't like it I am asking for an undamaged sideboard like the one I received from there store, not a refund If I am going to pay this much for a piece of furniture I expect it to be undamaged I have attached some pictures of the damages that he claims are not damages I am asking for an undamaged sideboard that is the same make of the one I received The attached photos shows the damage to the front of the sideboard (the picture isn't great but the flaw in the front is a yellow color and does not blend in with the color of the sideboard) there is two photos of the damaged leg of the sideboard it is on the front of the sideboard, and the other picture is one of the bent handles on the front of the sideboard I couldn't attach anymore picture to compare the damaged and undamaged, but it clearly is damaged I am just wanting a replacement that is not damaged I spent almost $on this piece and would like it to be perfect not damaged Regards, [redacted]

Hi ***,Below is Echelon's response to *** *** complaint.The sideboard is not damaged and was inspected and delivered by me personally, the owner. As the description below states "created to mimic old weathered wood rustic metal hardware and hinges keep with the
antique theme. The credenza she received was a very good representation of this depiction and is reflected by the attached photo of the piece in her house.Once she decided she didn't like it and knew she couldn't return it because we had special-ordered it for her, she began to look for imperfections, damages, etc as reasons she shouldn't have to keep it.We will not replace the beautiful credenza she received which looked great according to the young lady who was with her when we delivered it.Thank you,*** ***
