Review: Dear Sirs,

I am writing to dispute the claim with Echnologix Technical Service. I received a phone call fro a person who stated he was from Microsoft and had detected that my computer was being hacked on February 17, 2015. He said he would correct and protect my computer. I allowed them on my computer and they began doing something to it. They told me the service would cost $99 for a year and I gave them my checking account number and driver's license number. They said it wold take one hour,but after 2 1/2 hours I became suspicious. I had asked for a phone number earlier to be able to contact them and I called the number and it was no longer in service. I called the Geek quad at [redacted] and told them what had happened and they said I had been scammed. They said Microsoft will never call you. They told me to turn off the computer and I brought it in for them to check it for me. The computer was destroyed and could not be repaired. They gave me Microsoft's phone number who I called and they confirmed that I had been scammed. I called my bank and stopped payment on the check. A few days later I found out the name of the company from my bank because at that point I did not know the name of the company. I called the Revdex.com and they had a phone number for Echnologix Tech, which was [redacted] in Bloomington, Delaware, but did not endorse them or have an address. I called number and a person called their company SYSTUIT and would not let us talk to the manager and I told him I wanted to cancel and that they had destroyed my computer. He hung up. I called same number the same number the next day and the person called their company LIZ service center at [redacted] I tried again to cancel and told them I would not pay for their services because they destroyed my computer. The person on the phone argued that she was from [redacted] Again, we called 8[redacted] and a person stating his company's name was SYSTUIT. I told them again I wanted to cancel and that my computer could not be repaired and that they lied to me about being [redacted] I do not trust them and believe that they have stolen my personal information from my computer. I am now afraid to give anyone my personal information and this has caused me great anxiety because I feel violated.
