Review: My wife and I had a "pottery class" there on 1/26/13, for $39 each. We were up-sold to suddenly buy the ceramics we made in class, however, they said it would take a few weeks before our pottery would be ready. We had two pieces, each $5. They said they would contact us when the pieces were ready.No contact for nearly 5 months. Over the course of the next 5 months I left several emails and voice mails for them, asking them to call me so I can come pick up my pieces, including 2 occasions when I would be in the area. No response to anything.On 6-15-2013, we finally got someone named "Key" on the phone, and he became rude and insulting to both my wife and I on the phone, calling us "stupid", "girly" and "childish", saying that were trying to get "freebees" when in fact we were requesting that perhaps they could ship the finished pieces to us at their cost, to remedy the situation and lack of customer service. When he refused, my wife asked that we get a full refund instead. At which point he stated that he would give us a full refund if we drove down to Westlake Village and 'look him in the eye.' When I formed him that I would be contacting the Revdex.com and complaining. He laughed and hung up on us.He should be held accountable for his obnoxious, rude and offensive behavior towards paying customers. We tried, in good faith, to get the pieces we paid for, only to be ignored and then offended by his rude behavior.Desired Settlement: We would like a refund for the $10 we spent on the pieces, as well as the $39 "class" that we bought where they "bait and switched" where we had to suddenly buy the pieces. That is a total of $88.

Thank you for the response. As I explained, the owner had become beligerant on the phone, becoming more and more insulting to myself and my wife, calling us names and saying he would only give us a refund if we were to come to the store and look him in the eye. We were not going to waste time or gas driving up there again, as he is no longer worth our time. We have already contacted Living Social and complained, and they have made note of this. He's not going to do anything else for us, and I no longer have the patience to deal with such a horrible, mean-spirited, sad, little man.
