Subject: Complaint [redacted] Ms [redacted] July, The issue remains unresolvedDespite the seller responding to my negative review with the Revdex.com, that he had refunded my money, I have seen no refund from Luke [redacted] \Echo Peak Designs in Big Fork, MTI have already filed a complaint with the Office of Consumer Protection for the state of Montana, and will reach out to the State Attorney General in regards to this matterMr [redacted] blackmailed me into taking negative posts down from the [redacted] website, and requested I pull my negative review from the Revdex.com site He plainly stated that if I did not pull my negative reviews on his business, he would not refund my moneyIn light of the situation, I failed to understand why the seller has an A+ rating with the Revdex.comThere's no way of knowing how many times the seller has put other customers through similar circumstancesI don't know what the requirement is to drop his rating, but feel personally that a much lower rating is warranted The Image of the check provided you by the seller was the same image sent by email to my husband by the seller The date on the check is May, that was well over a month ago Writing a check is very different then sending the check out If Mr [redacted] has provided a refund, then he should be able to provide a check with my endorsement on it that has cleared his bank, and he is unable to do soIf I had received a refund from Mr [redacted] , I would not continue to pursue the issue with the Revdex.com and the Montana state OCP Also, please note that the "refund" check was written out days after the seller had contacted [redacted] to supposedly ship my purchase outweeks has passed since then, and I have seen neither freight nor refund, despite what Mr [redacted] has informed you Thank you for your continued attention,

This custom bench is being finished up and will ship this weekWe do not offer refunds on custom built pieces

Refund check was mailed weeks agoPatience is truley a virtue that few posess in this modern age of instant gratification No wonder this person couldn't wait for custom furniture to be built to there exacting specificationsWe cannot control how fast the USPS delivers your refund but rest assured it is on its way

I am rejecting this response because: Mr*** continues to spin tall tails The refund Mr *** mailed "weeks ago" arrived at my address on July Check *** was dated for May the 26th, and the postmark on the envelope was stamped "Missoula MT July PM I fail to understand why Mr*** is critical of my lack of patience when I count weeks to bring resolution to this issue My timeline of weeks for finished product was provided by the seller himself If Mr*** is unable to fulfill prepaid orders within his own time line, he should be more realist with information he provides to customers Horrible customer service provided from this owner/operator, and completely unrealistic expectations that customers should wait more than double the estimated time for order fulfillment If the work load is so great that owner/operator is unable to return numerous phone calls, email or messages, he should conside hiring additional help.Having cashed the refund check, I will now conside the matter closed

Furniture piece in above complaint has been shipped via FedEx Freight

As already stated to *** on his PayPal complaint and per our shop policy, we will issue a refund upon receiving item back in good,as new conditionHis issue with the washer dryer stand are nothing that effect the functionality or integrity of the pieceIt is built of wood and will as such have
some movement and give but will function as designed and intended

This is a custom furniture order still in the build processIf a refund is desired the customer needs to initiate it through *** where the sale took placeOur shop policy is no refunds on built to order sales, clearly stated in our shop policies

I am putting my response on hold for this issueThe carpenter completed a high-quality furniture project in a questionable days - to avoid a refund, whereas this piece of furniture normally takes
month to do accurately.I will have an independent professional carpenter examine Echo Peak Design's work and respond with a reject or accept notice after that action is completed

Refund check was mailed weeks ago. Patience is truley a virtue that few posess in this modern age of instant gratification.  No wonder this person couldn't wait for custom furniture to be built to there exacting specifications. We cannot control how fast the USPS delivers your refund but rest assured it is on its way.
