I cannot respond to this complaint due to the fair debt collections act

responseHow is how their employee acted & treated me & my property part of the fair credit act? That isn't acceptable & to me sounds like a "write off" as their excuseThey are a business & CAN'T treat people in this manner!!! Someone somewhere has to be able to do something about this! Please continue to look into this business! Thank you
