received your letter dated 11/24/15 regarding a complaint at the Parma-Snow Branch of Cuyahoga County Public Library from [redacted], and would like to respond:
The library worked with this customer and quickly resolved the issue of her missing materials promptly. The manager personally spoke to the customer the day of the complaint and explained the resolution. The customer was satisfied with the quick response.
