owe us any money.We are a document retrieval serviceWe provide a copy of the property grant deed and complete property profileOur research has found that 90% of the people that purchase property do not receive a copy of their deeds in their real estate packagesThis varies from county to county.Our goal is to provide a needed service to people who may or may not have the time to pursue securing a copy of their deed waiting sometimes months while our turnaround is approximately to business daysThis service may be obtained via other avenues which may be less expensive in monetary ways but more costly in time and frustration working with state agencies.We believe MrP*** did not understand the solicitation, had he read the letter he would have seen the disclaimer on the top left on the front of the mail piece and throughout the letterEither he did not read it, or read it and failed to point it out to you to bolster his FRAUD complaintPerhaps the Revdex.com can help him understand what a solicitation is or how to read and understand a solicitation.We consider this matter concluded with your office.Regards,Record Transfer Service

If MsP*** decided she did not need our service all she needed to do was call our office for a refund since the Revdex.com has no power to secure a refund for MsP***.We provided her with a service that allows days from the date of delivery to return the product for a full refundPerhaps the Revdex.com
