We have contacted the customer regarding this complaint directlyWe are working with our well driller, who is a subcontractor, as well as the *** ** *** and the Delaware Department of Natural Resources (DNREC) to resolve permitting delays that are beyond our controlAs of this writing it is
our understanding that *** *** was contacted by DNREC this morning (12/12/2014) regarding the disposition of a well permit applicationIt is also our understanding that the subcontractor has been contacted by DNREC, and they have informed them that a permit is being issued presentlyWe have offered our assurances to the customer that the project will be expedited upon receipt of the well permitThere are significant penalties for initiating work of this type without a permitUpon consultation with customer in person we are confident that this issue has been successfully resolved

I am not going to recommend this service to anyone, all it is video and taps, they said I signed up for a 2 year contract and I ordered sports package. False, I did not order a contract I ordered the 39.00 deal with free joey upgrade. They tell me I signed a contract and I ordered it over the phone and [redacted] did not give me the option of sports package or Netflix. He gave me sports package on his own violation. I was not offered nor would I have ordered sports, we DO NOT watch sports at all. On 1/3/2016 [redacted] came here around 9:30 am and used employee [redacted] and when I called customer service I got a hold of [redacted] who said she was in the Philippines, she told me by his number his name was [redacted] and then she refused to give out her employee number, told me I signed a contract. I asked them to pull up the recording of when I ordered this service over the phone and It was supposed to be 250 channels with free upgrade to the hopper and [redacted] put a tap node splitter on TV and when I go to stores people look at me and laugh at me about how I dance with my dogs,ect. She also said she would send me where I signed a contract. How do u sign a contract over the phone. I had called [redacted] on September 10th, 2015 and cancelled the sports package I never ordered. And then supervisor from Chicago called and told me her name was [redacted] and if I wanted to terminate service, there would be an early termination fee. I ordered it month to month as we move frequently and at that time I was not sure if I was going to keep you as service. I really liked service at first. Until, I called for a technician to come out and fix mess and take off tap node. He called said he was on his way, then I called to see where he was, Customer service said he was in my driveway and when I went out, and nobody was there except for [redacted] daughter [redacted] charging he phone. Then when I called back the next day they the automated answering service said if you want to keep your appointment for December 28, 2015 push 3, that date had already passed.. Then when I talked to customer service, they said he could not make it due to weather conditions. Check the weather for XXXXX on December 29, 2016 and you will find it was a very nice and bright day with no road hazards at all. My TV has been off air since the time I have ordered this service and now I am torqued and I want to cancel this service. I like the ability to watch what I want to watch. You keep me so pre=occupied with your BS, I cannot even get the work done I need to get done. Time is money and at this point you owe me over 2 million dollars. If we cannot get this rectified then turn my service off and get it out of tap mode and my service still come to [redacted] and then comes back on for a few minutes the goes back to code [redacted]. If I do not here from somebody by noon tomorrow central time, I will go ahead and finish my complaint with the Revdex.com. I am enrolled with Dish Network auto-pay. They changed my due date and raised the price for my service without ever notifying me, causing my checking account to become overdrawn. This month, October, my Dish bill was withdrawn from my bank on Oct.5 then again on Oct 31, when I called to find out why, I was then notified that my due date was changed, and that my service price had gone up $5. I told them to take me off auto-pay and was told my bill would go up if I did not use auto-pay. Their solution was for me to stop payment to Dish through my bank, which would have cost me $35, the same as what I was charged for my ovet-draft fee. I am planning on going with [redacted] and saying goodbye to Dish Network!","neg-2
