I remain dissatisfied due to the lack of response made by the business. I have yet to receive a return call from Mr. M[redacted] after leaving three messages with Him. I will attempt to call him again in the morning. I can't be any clearer that with you. I would like this company to install the memorial plaque that they sold my mother in 1989. They have enjoyed the use of her funds for 25 years without providing the services ensured to her. We have waited over a year for this to occur since her death in 2015. [redacted]

I HAVE BEEN CONTACTED BY WESTHAMPTON & THEY HAVE PUT DOWN SOME GRASS SEED. HOWEVER, WHEN THEY PUT HER HEADSTONE DOWN THEY LAID IT ON TOP OF THE DIRT WHERE IT CAN BE SCRATCHED OR BROKEN BY THE LAWN MOWERS. COMPLAINT HAS NOT BEEN 100% SATISFIED.

Review: My Mother [redacted] purchased a contract for a memorial and lawn Crypt with installation, paying in full on October 16, 1989. The installation of this was to occur prior to November 29,1989. This was never installed. When my mother passed away this past year we met with Westhampton, arranged for both my mother and fathers ashes to be placed in the lots that were purchased and reminded them that the memorial had not ever been placed. They indicated that was the case but unfortunately further services needed to be purchased for this to occur. It is our opinion that this service had been purchased and paid for in 1989. It is a very bad business practice to add costs to a prepaid contract. The failure to fulfill this contract is unlawful.Desired Settlement: We would like this work to be performed immediately.

Review: my family members are very disappointed in the way that Westhampton Memorial Park is taking care of the cemetery grounds. We were there on5/12/2014, Mother's Day, and the grounds had not been mowed. My mother dies 6 months ago, and her headstone, which was previously paid for, has still not been installed. The weeds were up past out ankles. There are several members of our family at this facility and we know first hand that these problems have been going on for several years. The resting place of these loved ones is in terrible and deplorable conditions.Desired Settlement: for the grounds of the cemetery to be better managed
