After quickly discovering that we didn't have the manpower to handle the hours of training (videos), and losing two employees who were to handle the new software implementation, we asked to cancel our contract. That was in January 2022. We offered to pay for the time we had access to the software. It took over six months to finally get a response - they were putting us into collections if we didn't pay over $10,000 - for a product we never used. I wouldn't go near these people. It's all about the money for them.
