I am rejecting this response because:
The item was brand new - it was not received until 4/ Since it is an imported item apparently the shop does NOT want to support the products they sell

This customer was out of our hour warrantyWe told him to contact manufacturer and let us know if he had any questionsCustomer received product on 4/contacted us on 4/Our policy is stated on website before purchase and on invoice
