Dear Miss***: Here is our response to Mr***: Obviously Mr*** has not indicated in his rebuttal whether he accepted our offer to accept store credit in accordance with our policyAlthough Mr*** claims that he has not seen this offer, the attached email dated May 11, 2015, at 7: from *** ***, our Sales Manager to Mr*** (apparently a partner of MrMr***) proves otherwiseMr*** offered store credit AND shipping cost ! This also proves that Mr*** is not in control of his operation at his retail store if he is unaware of our offer to his partner (or employee) Mr***. The photos that Mr*** are speaking of do not prove that these particular items were purchased from usIt could have purchased from any other supplier for that matter. Mr*** flagrant accusations and his derogatory and untruthful comments on social media will not substantiate his claim, only facts can and we have all the facts. In a separate email, I will email you a list of the calls that were made to his store as we have asked our phone company to provide it as well as a receipt from Aspire, the manufacturer the *** Mini’s. With this said, we hereby withdraw our previous offer to offer store credit and free shipping and reserve the right to pursue any legal means for damages caused by Mr*** slanderous comments on social media. Although we are certain that Mr*** order was completed and shipped out in full and in accordance with the PO and the packing list, we would like to know what coils EXACTLY he is missing from his orderMr*** ordered three different types of coils and details of the missing ones is

Awful company. Purchased a book from their website and received some vape juice, after a delayed shipment, weeks later. Unprofessional and silly company.

I spoke with a customer service rep last Thursday and informed him I was missing products from this order. He was supposed to call me Friday to confirm shipping of what was missing.
