As I mentioned, I'm on a fixed incomeI only receive Social Security I have no other income I skipped some of my other bills in order to pay Juan's shopAnd I'm trying to catch up with my other bills I need my money refunded in order to take my car to another shop Other wise, I have not idea when I will have money to go to another shop If I have to borrow money to take my car to another shop I will be looking for Juan's Chassis & Alignment to reimburse me for that cost plus what I've already paid Juan's Chassis & AlignmentAt this time, I have no other way to come up with the money to pay another shop

Mr [redacted] has filed a complaint against Juan's Chassis and Alignment and we want to resolve this issueFirst of all the customer first came into the shop because his car had some vibrations or bouncy feelingMy experienced mechanic looked at the car and diagnosed it with bad front end parts (inner tie rods and outer tie rods)These parts were worn out so the needed to be replacedWhen we replace front end parts we always do an alignmentThe work was finished and Mr [redacted] pays and went homeThen he comes back another day saying that the problem was not fixedSo the mechanic test drove it and found nothing wrong with it and we told Mr [redacted] everything was goodMr [redacted] has the right to come again and check out that problem or if he wants we can give him a full money refund for customer satisfaction which I think is unfair because we worked and replaced partsBut there is no problem in his car and there is no neutral party we can get to look at it for free and say who is right in this situationWe rarely get customers who complain about our work and if they do they are welcome to come back for us to take a look at their vehicleThey just have to be patient and leave their vehicle here as we are almost always busyAnd I also ask that the customer acts in an orderly manner as we do not have time to be discussing or arguing about this situation.Thank you

Mr*** needs to at least go and get an estimate from a trusted mechanic shopThen he needs to come to us and show us the estimate of what is wrong with his vehicle is there is/are any problem(s)We will contact that shop to verify that it needs these fixesOnce verified we will reimburse Mr***'s moneyThis is the only way to do itOtherwise we can not trust Mr*** to just have a refund without proof that there is something wrong with his vehicle

Mr. [redacted] has filed a complaint against Juan's Chassis and Alignment and we want to resolve this issue. First of all the customer first came into the shop because his car had some vibrations or bouncy feeling. My experienced mechanic looked at the car and diagnosed it with bad front end parts...

(1 inner tie rods and 2 outer tie rods). These parts were worn out so the needed to be replaced. When we replace front end parts we always do an alignment. The work was finished and Mr. [redacted] pays and went home. Then he comes back another day saying that the problem was not fixed. So the mechanic test drove it and found nothing wrong with it and we told Mr. [redacted] everything was good. Mr. [redacted] has the right to come again and check out that problem or if he wants we can give him a full money refund for customer satisfaction which I think is unfair because we worked and replaced parts. But there is no problem in his car and there is no neutral party we can get to look at it for free and say who is right in this situation. We rarely get customers who complain about our work and if they do they are welcome to come back for us to take a look at their vehicle. They just have to be patient and leave their vehicle here as we are almost always busy. And I also ask that the customer acts in an orderly manner as we do not have time to be discussing or arguing about this situation.Thank you.
