For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.As you can see in the paperwork, more than just the kitchen wiring was suppose to be doneWe paid for more wiring and it appears he is admitting to overcharging if he thinks the rest was not to be doneAs far as the roof issues, they were the only company working up thereit has leaked times so farThere are broken roof rafters which he should have fixed as per the weatherization company report. Phone response - This job was a HUD job, they inspected and passed the workHis picture of the vent, we did not do as we tar around the vents we installThe only electrical work we did was the kitchen, not throughout the whole houseWe didn't address everything he wanted because he kept saying he
