Review: I was in the process of changing Insurance Carriers from [redacted] to [redacted] to save a significant amount of money on my two properties. I have to submit a Letter of Experience from [redacted] to [redacted] to finalize the transaction. I have asked [redacted] at this location twice for this information. [redacted] told me that [redacted] sent that out.I have recieved nothing from Allstate. It is quite convenient that they were able to over charge me for my insurance renewal while I waited for over two months. It is now four months and I still do not have a Letter of Experience on the property located at [redacted] in [redacted], PA.Desired Settlement: I would like the documentation that I requested emailed and sent in through the postal service. I expect a tracking number to ensure that [redacted] is not going to tell me that same exact statement that they sent the letter.
