To Whom it May Concern:Re: Complaint # [redacted] in regards to the customer complaint filed against Eckert Fitness Group, please understand that we are not the photography business that the customer ordered the pictures fromWe tried explaining this to the customer numerous times and have made many attempts to contact the photographer on her behalf to help resolve this issue.We offer youth sports camps to the community and much like all other youth sports teams and Schools, we allow a photography business to come take pictures and take orders from parentsWe have allowed many different photographers to do this over the plus seasons of offering the program and they have taken thousands of pictures and fulfilled many orders during that periodPlease note that Eckert Fitness Group does not collect picture orders or any money from the ordersWe also do not receive any donation or compensation from photographers.We were contacted by this customer as well as one other customer who stated there were errors to their orderEach time the customer contacted us, we again relayed the messages to the photographer, assuming it would be taken care ofApparently the photographer never replied to the customer and we have found out that they have Since gone out of business.Due to this, we agreed to offer the customera refund on behalf of the photographerSeveral months after the check was issued to the customer, we switched our business account to a different bank, not knowing the customer had never cashed the checkWe since resent a replacement check in the amount of $(Sto cover the picture order and Sto cover her bank fees)We sent it via certified mail to ensure there is a record of when the customer received the check.We have made many apologies to the customer and spent a lot of time trying to help resolve this issueUnfortunately Eckert Fitness Group has nothing to do with taking pictures or orders from the parents in the sports campOtherwise we could have resolved this issue the same day it was brought to our attention.Thanks,Chad E

Please note that Eckert Fitness Group does not collect picture orders or any money from the orders. We also do not receive any donation or compensation from photographers.We were contacted by this customer as well as one other customer who stated there were errors to their order. Each time the customer contacted us, we again relayed the messages to the photographer, assuming it would be taken care of.
