Ordered a part in April, waited a month, never got it, called for a refund, they issued one but it never showed up Called back, they have no way to verify the payment was sent back to paypal Paypal doesn't show record of it being credited to my account
Felt scammed, it just really bad business
Spent over $with this Company in the last monthsThe interior portion of the order was patheticThey said the upholstery would be sent together as one shipment once readyWrongReceived bucket seats in firstWrong colorHad to send back and received before they shipped out replacementMonth later received back seat....wrong color...sent it back..received bucket seats...month later...received back seat...month later...for a coupe...not convertible...had to send back...said it would be rushed put once vendor indicated ETA weeks out...then it went to weeks out...now its going to be end of December! Still haven't receivedNeed to change outsourced company contractPresident and CEO needs to know this, as well as Mr Mark G***...I couldn't believe all the problemsThe customer service techs are trained well with the canned "production is running behind schedule because....." of whatever isuue or weather pattern that may be happening at the time
Terrible company to do business with Sent me a defective product (obvious just by looking at it) which was completely unusable, then expected me to pay return shipping in order to get a refund Customer service rep promised to call me back and I never heard from them again even after leaving several messages over the course of two weeks There are much better companies out there to do business with I will no longer do business with Eckler's
I've been restoring a classic Chevy over the last 6 months, using over 15 vendors to gather parts. Eckler's easily has been the most disappointing, and on repeated occasions!!! They don't return e mails. They make returning unused parts EXTREMELY difficult! I've been trying a week to get credit on a pert they received via tracked Fedex. I can't even get a response, let alone my Paypal credit due!!
Try finding places on the internet to review Eckler's. You won't. That's because
they want it that way, and likely spend good money to preventing it, as they would be buried in bad reviews, just like on the car chat rooms that don't sensor feedback and comments

A company stands out by when things aren't good this is where they have a complete failure
I ordered fenders for a 56 they started to send fenders for a 57 I stopped it then they said they would fix it they didn't I called back they said they couldn't do the free shipping like they did on the 57 I said give me a day to inform my customer I called back and told them go ahead with it. This time they said we were completely wrong it would be 250 more. I argued with them for awhile and decided to to make up the difference for their mistake out of my pocket so I wouldn't look like an it to my customer. They charged my debit card for the difference.
I KNOW BECAUSE I GET A TEXT WHEN MY CARD IS USED
Two weeks have passed I ordered some other stuff twice I noticed looking on line that the fender order was not prossesd so I asked what's up with the sales person she said it was on hold and would have it released and would have a salesperson call in the morning no one called by 11:30 next morning so I called they say they didn't get the money and wanted 250 dollars again buyers BEWARE not honest and assumes no responsibility for their incompetents stay away
I too have the same complaint as the other reviewer. I have numerous unanswered emails about a order I made a month ago and still have not received it. Someone finally answered one of my emails and said my order was shipped out on May 5th and here it is, May 14th and still no delivery. I have emailed several times to get a tracking number or to find out why I haven't received the order and get no replies. This is my first order from Ecklers and NOT a good one.
