They don't return e mailsThey make returning unused parts EXTREMELY difficult! I've been trying a week to get credit on a pert they received via tracked FedexI can't even get a response, let alone my Paypal credit due!! Try finding places on the internet to review Eckler'sYou won't That's because they want it that way, and likely spend good money to preventing it, as they would be buried in bad reviews, just like on the car chat rooms that don't sensor feedback and comments
I too have the same complaint as the other reviewer I have numerous unanswered emails about a order I made a month ago and still have not received it Someone finally answered one of my emails and said my order was shipped out on May 5th and here it is, May 14th and still no delivery I have emailed several times to get a tracking number or to find out why I haven't received the order and get no replies This is my first order from Ecklers and NOT a good one
