Review: I ordered several products from this business. My shipment had an incorrect item (listed properly on the invoice, but a different item in the box) and several items that do not work properly. I called the number for the company several times and left a number of messages, but received no response. I responded to an automatically-sent "how was your order?" email from them with a request for contact with no response. The contact form on their website does not load, so I was unable to pursue that route.Desired Settlement: I would like the incorect item replaced with the corect one, and store credit for the defective items as per the business' stated policy.
