Dear [redacted] ***,Responding to the complaint letter from a customer, in our defense, I would liketo state that we did try many times to have the art print forwarded from theartist s studio to our galleryBecause the artist resides in New Zealand,communication was affected leading I believe to production delays.I suggested that the artist could send the print directly to the customer hoping toshorten delivery timeThe customer did not agree because she was leaving on atrip and would be gone for a few weeks' She and I decided to ship the print toMaui to be held here until her returnBy that time, I expected the print to be inhand and we could then complete our obligation' Unfortunately, that did nothappenShe returned , the print was not here and she asked for a refund' Werefunded her, understanding completely her frustrationProof of the refund isattached.The gallery has been in business for years and we want all our customers to becompletely satisfiedUnfortunately, some delays are unavoidableSometimesthey are caused by an artist's schedule, a shortage ofthe artist's own supplies, aback order of a particular frame we may need, shipping problems outside theUSA, just to name a fewWe have and we will continue to try and address everyproblem a customer brings to us.sincerely,Lee P [redacted]

by the end of fri. This was all initiated while under the old administrator/office Mgr,  however the replacement is being replaced and hopefully it's smooth said from there. Thanks you for reaching out I'll follow up shortly.Warmest Aloha Becky

give me an update on the complaint.  My wife and I used to love the owners at the gallery and would often visit and chat with them.   During the past two years, I’m guessing there’s been a tremendous slowdown in business and one of the owners, Matt had to find work outside the gallery to help pay the bills.   Since then, customer service has gone downhill and as a result, we needed to file this complaint.Thank you,[redacted]
