Eclipse Fitness

Review: On September 25, 2015 I received an email explaining that I owed the eclipse fitness center $58.64. I have not been a member since April of 2008. In April of 2008 I became an employee in which I was given a free or complimentary membership as per being an employee of the company. I resigned in late August or early September of 2008. I have not reinstated my membership with Eclipse Fitness club. The email that was sent from [redacted] does not state what or when this past due amount was for or from when. It was sent from [redacted] who is head of membership of that club. [redacted] states that if I don't take care of this matter by Wednesday September 30, 2015 they will send my debt to a collection service. I have contacted her and others at this club and nobody had called me back. Given their short notice I feel this needs to be taken care of immediately.

The email was sent as a last chance last offer. I have never received anything before this date 9/25/15 about this issue.Desired Settlement: I owe this club nothing since I was an employee. I want my personal information removed from their data bases and I want a written letter stating from them that I no longer am a member and that this debt is corrected on their part.
