Review: I called [redacted] at Eclipse limousine 2 weeks in advance to schedule a limo service for my 2 seniors and their dates and friends going to prom on the 16th of April. We worked out the time and details of the service, it had to be 5 hours minimum. I went ahead and paid the $484.10 on my credit card for the 5 hours. I received an email receipt confirmation soon after with all the listed details (time, date, amount paid). When it came to the day of prom, I had 8 seniors waiting in my front yard with no limo arriving. I called [redacted] 3 times before he answered, and after he did, he stated he had no record of the schedule. There was nothing to be done, he said he had two limos and they were both out. He said he would call me back the next day to figure it out after he looked into his paperwork. So all of my seniors plus myself and family were severely disappointed and I was VERY upset. We had to rush them into a mini van and hurry to get them to their dinner reservations. The one special thing I had tried to do for all these kids, who I am very proud of, was wrecked. It cannot be redone or fixed. At least I should get my money back, minimum.

The next day, he did not call. I called him, no answer. I forwarded his email of the receipt conformation back to him and asked why I hadn't heard from him and how he was going to fix this. No call or email all day. By Monday morning I called again, no answer. I left a voicemail. It seems he does not care he took almost $500 and we received nothing. I am appalled a business would ruin such a special event. He should not be allowed to be in business, seems to be a scam. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge... hopefully that takes care of it. I don't recommend anyone to call [redacted] at Eclipse Limousine in Salida. I left a bad rating on his facebook page also.. but now he has blocked me. Seems he doesn't want to deal with me.Desired Settlement: I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge hopefully that works. It would have been better if [redacted] called back and offered up a refund and handled this better.

Review: I want to file a complaint against this firm for the following issues with them:1. They did not appear on sight on my son's wedding date of May **, 2013 with the limo agreed toeven when my daughter in law specified that she did not want her limo to be changed.2. A major problem I have with them is that I orderd a rolls royce for my son and his wife, it brought her to church, on the way up to the reception, the time became short, the limo driver, stopped the car on the SprainBrook Parkway and said if you do not give me $300 dollars right now I will not go anywhere. When my son said he had no money, he said get out of the limo. MY son called me and I told the limo driver that I would pay him as soon as I would get to the reception. He refused, I am not moving from here until I am paid. He called his boss "[redacted]", he also told him to get the money, I on the other line said to [redacted] that I would give him the money as soon as I reached the place. My son and his wife not only were in danger of getting hit by a passing car, but also got wet and her dress got dirty from the dirt road. The other limo was behind them, they got in and went to the reception. The driver of the limo should not be driving since he was older and I believe not all there. 3. The limo I was in had all liquor in it when we got in, after church it was all gone. Where did it go? I paid for all limos. Total 2,600.00. I was very dissatisfied and was so worried about my son and his wife. They could have been killed on that day. It could have turned into a tragedy. We have many witnesses, even the photographer could not believe it was happening.4. I wrote the company two letters regarding this matter, which I think I should be entitled to a refund or even better take him to court showing that my son and his wife could have been killed on a big highway such as the sprain going upstate. He did not respond, I sent return receipt with it. Please help? I think I deserve at least a response from this company.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for the entire amount and more since MY SON AND HIS WIFE COULD HAVE BEEN KILLED ON THAT DAY. HE ALMOST RUINED THE ENTIRE WEDDING. MY SON WAS BESIDES HIMSELF. I HAD VISITORS IN MY HOUSE WHO HEARD THE ENTIRE CONVERSATION REGARDING THIS MATTER AND HEARD THEMSELVES HOW ANGRY AND ASTONISHED MY SON WAS. THE LIMO DRIVER WAS OLD AND SENILE, I BELIEVE HE SHOULD HAVE NOT BEEN DRIVING A CAR ANYMORE. Did not file before because we had two terrible tragedies afterthank you

Review: I signed a contract with proprietor [redacted] on January **, 2013 for reservation of Rolls Royce. I paid the full balance in person to Mr. [redacted] on August [redacted] and reconfirmed that the Rolls was available. [redacted] the proprietor of Eclipse Limousine called my cell phone on August [redacted] at 12:05 and stated that he was in an accident with the Rolls in Mahopac NY on Route 6 and that police was involved. He stated that the driver side door was badly scratched and that he will be sending an Excalibur vehicle in its place. At 12:45, I call Mr. [redacted] back to confirm that the Excalibur was on its way from Mahopac which is a 45 minute to an hour drive from Mahopac to Marlboro. Between the hours of 1:00 and 3:00 5 additional phone conversations were had between my bridal party including me with the manager Bill, the proprietor [redacted], and the driver from Eclipse Limousine . During those conversations the following was discussed: • [redacted] was at a Wedding Expo at the Javits Center in Manhattan not in an accident. • Neither the driver nor manager knew about the “accident” • The driver did not have directions to the house, access to a GPS or cell phone and arrived 45 minutes late. • When the driver finally arrived, he was hyperventilating and drove erratically. He slammed on his breaks at one point when he realized he was speeding towards a dead end and me and mom was lunged forward into the back of the front seats. • Driver was constantly breathing heavily even on the way to the reception. • Vehicle rattled and swayed I arrived to my wedding 45 minutes late which caused the wedding service to be cut short. I went to the Carmel/Mahopac police station to find accident report on Tuesday, August **, 2013. The police officer who assisted me searched for the accident in several ways (date, location, type of vehicle, name of establishment Eclipse Limousine and name of proprietor) no results were found and the officer concluded that there was no such accident. Proprietor of Eclipse Limousine [redacted] lied about why he was not able to supply requested vehicle and breached the contract. Contract stats that only in case of emergency can Eclipse Limousine substitute another vehicle in place of what was requested.Desired Settlement: We would like a refund of $720 we paid for the Rolls and service we contracted but did not receive.
