BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!!
I wish I could give no star or negative stars either way...I Purchased my Loupes a year and half ago in January 2019 when I received them the vision through the loupes were blurry and the light mounted to the frame was loose so I had to send them back when I received them a second time the light on the frame was still loose and was told I have to send them back again for which they made ME pay for so when I received it a third time it was still loose so I waited until I could go to a conference and speak to someone in person so when I did they were apologetic and ensured that they would fix it or replace it with a new frame which they did but it took 3 months which I’m sure they will blame on COVID-19 that is fine I tried on my new frame which fit to my face much better then the first pair and the light was not loose but when I looked through the loupe they were blurry AGAIN! I called immediately to which I got a recording saying they are not in office due to COVID so I left a message and waited for at least a call back which I never got! I had to call again about 2 months later when I was about to be returning to work I was told someone will call me no one did I waited 2 weeks more and had to call AGAIN to which I was told “oh no one called you back” after much back and forth with this rep about how it’s impossible to adjust my nose piece and that adjusting the nose piece is still not going to fix the fact that I can’t see clearly through the loupes I sent him pictures was told to call back to which he didn’t pick up my phone call back but only replied to my text saying a owner will call you. After speaking to an “owner” which I don’t believe he was I was told that there must be a defect so they will have to be rebuild the loupes again so I have to send them back AGAIN to which I kindly asked if they could at least send a prepaid label to return I was told by the “owner” that’s not their policy I told him as a owner I would think he has the authority to authorize that he said he will see what he can do so I waited and again no surprise but no call or response so I left a message on their machine I was called back and the same owner called me back completely unaware that it was me the same person he had talked to only a day or two earlier he finally said oh well we will get you that label but your gonna have to wait until next week I told him I have been waiting a year and a half what one more week... he then said a tech would call me to explain how I need to take measurements so that the loupes could be rebuilt and guess what AGAIN no one contacted me and so I sent a message to the “owner” and expressed my frustration that no one has kept their word and that if they can’t fix them I would like to be reimbursed since I paid in full for a product I haven’t been able to even use once in a year and a half! He called me back saying that they don’t give refunds after 3 days really it takes 3 months to receive their products I told him that I have always contacted within3 day about problem and then I was told it would be fixed So in wanting to believe that they would do what’s right the first time that’s why I didn’t request a refund he told me he would get me in contact with another “owner” to see what they will do and address my request for a refund No surprise I have gotten no response. I have called left messages and sent text messages to Gal the “owner” and so unprofessionally he has not responded back in over a week! I promise you that all of what I say is the absolute truth so for others who may be reading this BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM and do not believe them if they respond and try to say that any of my words are false claims because they are NOT!

We received a letter in the mail today regarding a complaint, ID# *** We would like to resolve this matter with you and the customer. The customer received her product on October 30th. She was having issues with the depth perception, so she sent her product back to us via a
prepaid return label within the day windowAt this point, it was not dictated that she wanted to return the product We were simply checking the loupes over to make sure there was no technical issue with them. The customer said that the loupes were distorted and altered her depth perceptionWe inspected the loupes and they passed inspection and were returned to the customer. It was not notated that the customer wanted to return the loupes and receive a refund. When they were returned again to us on January 16th, it was past the days allotted in the return policyThe customer will not accept that it is not eligible for a refund. We would like it to be noted that we did indeed respond to this complaint and do wish to resolve it as best as we canThank you

I reviewed this before and we did send the extra battery to this international doctor. I will happily send another. We did not know the 2nd one was not received and this is ridiculous. How can an international doctor even try and sabotage our reputation within the US over a battery
on a light. We will send more out again today and provide a tracking number for it. We absolutely sent the other one thought. I apologize for you wasting your time on this
