I purchased an Eclipse Attitude *** *** on July 13, at DDRV in WestminsterOne day later, on my first outing with it, I noticed *** *** debris in the gas tankThis debris worked its way through the gas lines and into the carburetor on my generator and destroyed itIn addition, the AC in the Kitchen area stops working after about hours of it being runI informed the dealership on July 14th, of this issue, but wasn't able to get it in until August 6th 2018, because nobody at DDRV would call me back to schedule an appointment
Since August 6th 2018, my *** *** vin#*** has been sitting in the dealership and still hasn't been fixedOn September 6th I received an email from *** ***, the GM at Eclipse, stating that he sent a fuel cell to DDRVI immediately called him, to inform him that I would like to lemon law this *** ***I followed up with an email to Danny on September 10th 2018, reminding him of our conversation on September

I purchased a Eclipse gsgAnd a loaded one at thatI believe it had almost every option One of the included BASE FEATURES per their web site is the leveling jacks on bottom of trailerBut my trailer came without any I have had local dealer calling for months trying to get them to authorize the dealer to put them on as they were supposed to be a base feature of this unit I also sustained damage to the center island and cabinets And for over month Eclipse manufacturing has failed to contact my local dealer to give him pricing and availability of the parts let alone to allow us to order the parts we need to fix the unit so I can actually take my family camping I had numerous issues out of the gate with this unit involving a kinked fuel line, speakers that were not connected, a dvd player that was not connected, exterior lighting that wouldn't work, and a large loose wire just hanging from underside of trailer This is not a old trailer where getting parts shou

On or about March 30, we took our RV into Giant RV for repairs under the 1-year warranty by EclipseAfter weeks, repairs were made except the replacement of rear door which Eclipse did not authorize Giant RV to replaceThe next available appointment was not until August to replace the rear doorThe service department *** gave us an earlier appointment by referring us to Foothill RV to replace the doorAfter being told to take the trailer to Foothill RV and allow the company to inspect the door before the door could be ordered and or replace (even though Giant RV said the door needed to be replaced)This was a two-week processWe have been very patients and we have followed through with whatever Eclipse has asked us to doOn May we dropped off our trailer at Foothill RV and was told by *** with Eclipse and Herman with Foothill RV our trailer would be ready in weeksAfter calling and leaving numerous messages with *** and the General Manager *** ***

I bought a toy hauler Eclipse Attitude in May When I tried to use it in june I was not able to use it because it had a water leak and the brakers were popping, refrigerator and AC were not working I took it in for service and they they stated that everything was fixed when we picked it up On July we tried to use it again and the water leak was terrible and we were not able to use the RV at all I took it in again for service on July 17th and when they called me to go pick it up I turned the shower on and the water leak was still there I left it and they told me that they were going to fix it and that they would call me back to go and pick it up Two weeks later I went again to pick it up and I again turned the shower on and the water leak was still there They called service and made me wait hours and worked on it They stated that they had fixed the issue and that if I still had a problem they would send someone over to pick it up I couldn't try it because

This RV has had several issues:
Ordered unit in December was promised to be delivered in weeks (guaranteed by Toy Hauler Liquidators, Fresno, Ca.) currently out of business
Actually recieved RV months after ordering, July RV came with a dinette instead of a bunk/couchThe dinette wasn't even the correct one that fit that trailerThey knew it and weren't going to tell us until we noticed it
Toy hauler Liquidators removed dinette at that time and ordered the correct bunk/couchTook RV back to Fresno for the installationStill have not received the correct couch table
First time using oven, smell of wires burning, black smoke coming out from around oven-Complete RV of Sonora found volt wires touching bot*** of oven and burned~ repaired
Odor of propane in trailer coming from stove topKept the window open to vent, made all of our family sick
Complete RV of Sonora found no pipe thread sealer on inlet fitting to oven regulator~repaired

Elclipse RV sold me a new Attitude 23FB that was built on the wrong frame according to the frame manufacturer (LCI)Now the frame has warped
I bought this trailer new from Parris RV in Utah in January of VIN#XXXXXTowards the end of I started to notice a burnt rubber smell in the trailer after I'd pull it somewhereI couldn't see anything else unusual so I thought the brake controller might be turned up to high so, I turned it downNow in March of on one of our first trips for the year I noticed the tire has been rubbing on the wheel well and after closer inspection see that the frame has twisted and cracked at the axle hangers I took it to the dealer who started claim with LCI (Case #XXXXXXX)The dealer has sent pictures and measurements to LCI who is saying this is a Gframe and that LCI has informed Eclipse that this frame is not to standard for this trailer LCI denied the claim because of this and said this is an Eclipse problem Parris RV then con

I purchased a Attitude by Eclipse 28SAG in May I took it back to the shop where I purchased it once for warranty work, which was completedI took it camping in November to an RV parkI used a water pressure regulator, but Day there was water leaking out of the bottom of the trailerWe camped a week without being able to keep water turned onI called the place I purchased it from when I got home, and the service department can’t get me in until the middle of ***uaryI have called Eclipse and left multiple messages over the last several weeks, but no one has bothered to call me backI want the warranty extended because we can’t use it until repairedI have trips planned in it, but have to lose the money paid because I won’t go in a broken trailerAt the very least I would so appreciate a return call
