I purchased an Eclipse Attitude [redacted] on July 13, at DDRV in WestminsterOne day later, on my first outing with it, I noticed [redacted] debris in the gas tankThis debris worked its way through the gas lines and into the carburetor on my generator and destroyed itIn addition, the AC in the Kitchen area stops working after about hours of it being runI informed the dealership on July 14th, of this issue, but wasn't able to get it in until August 6th 2018, because nobody at DDRV would call me back to schedule an appointment Since August 6th 2018, my [redacted] vin# [redacted] has been sitting in the dealership and still hasn't been fixedOn September 6th I received an email from [redacted] , the GM at Eclipse, stating that he sent a fuel cell to DDRVI immediately called him, to inform him that I would like to lemon law this [redacted] I followed up with an email to Danny on September 10th 2018, reminding him of our conversation on September

Elclipse RV sold me a new Attitude 23FB that was built on the wrong frame according to the frame manufacturer (LCI)Now the frame has warped I bought this trailer new from Parris RV in Utah in January of VIN#XXXXXTowards the end of I started to notice a burnt rubber smell in the trailer after I'd pull it somewhereI couldn't see anything else unusual so I thought the brake controller might be turned up to high so, I turned it downNow in March of on one of our first trips for the year I noticed the tire has been rubbing on the wheel well and after closer inspection see that the frame has twisted and cracked at the axle hangers I took it to the dealer who started claim with LCI (Case #XXXXXXX)The dealer has sent pictures and measurements to LCI who is saying this is a Gframe and that LCI has informed Eclipse that this frame is not to standard for this trailer LCI denied the claim because of this and said this is an Eclipse problem Parris RV then con

On or about March 30, we took our RV into Giant RV for repairs under the 1-year warranty by EclipseAfter weeks, repairs were made except the replacement of rear door which Eclipse did not authorize Giant RV to replaceThe next available appointment was not until August to replace the rear doorThe service department [redacted] gave us an earlier appointment by referring us to Foothill RV to replace the doorAfter being told to take the trailer to Foothill RV and allow the company to inspect the door before the door could be ordered and or replace (even though Giant RV said the door needed to be replaced)This was a two-week processWe have been very patients and we have followed through with whatever Eclipse has asked us to doOn May we dropped off our trailer at Foothill RV and was told by [redacted] with Eclipse and Herman with Foothill RV our trailer would be ready in weeksAfter calling and leaving numerous messages with [redacted] and the General Manager [redacted]
