This business is ridiculous. Their company vehicle was driving down the freeway and some of their non-secure equipment fell out and hit my vehicle causing me to swerve off the freeway and jolt to a stop. Not only did it damage my vehicle but, I hit my head on my seat when I came to an abrupt stop. After talking with the Manager of this company [redacted], she was rude and unapologetic. Only after speaking with my dad who was ready to take action against her, did she agree to pay for the damages and pay my emergency bill. Here we are several years later and I am finding out that she never paid that emergency bill and it has been destroying my credit but she also told her insurance company that it was my fault. I just switched insurance companies recently and was told that she said it was my fault and now I'm paying through the nose for something that was out of my control and ENTIRELY her companies fault. I tried to call her to resolve this matter SEVERAL times and she will not return my calls. This is not okay. What kind of person knowingly screws over someone when it's clearly not their fault and is benefiting from it because she is not paying for her mistake AT ALL (her insurance faults me). You should not be in business.
