flywheel duing warranty period that customer "thinks" the flywheel was an issue but it was notWe have just wated $for something we have shipped that is not a issue.So we have just let it slideHowever this customer want another clutchand now this customer wants a full refundWe are really frustrated by this customer and he is keeping item we have sent and trying get money he paid as well.That is not a good business practiceAlso he post all bad reviews on Google, Youtube, and etc and asking for refundHe will erase all the comments and viideo on Youtube once we give him a money backWe do not honor this kind of customers.Customers always right but not this timePlease advise

We have shipped all the items we need and clearly stated that we covers 3 months or 3000 miles limited warranty. Also we even shipped a replacement flywheeel duinng warranty period for free of charges but that was not an issue and we have just sent him a free item that worth $200.00. This customer asking for more and more. Please be advise.

The customer is always right but not this one? I am not trying to be right.1st call - Missing Pilot Bearing (Does not carry pilot bearing at all for my car)2nd call - Wrong Clutch Release Bearing sent (Not for an Altezza 3SGE SXE10 J160 Transmission) please keep in mind we didn't know it was wrong until we took off the transmission.3rd call - Vibration from fly wheel (removed transmission and replaced)4th call - Vibration from pressure plate, screws from manufacturer coming loose, flat bar bent, and pieces in my housing. (removed transmission, now no warranty)I removed my transmission 3 times!Yes I did post videos on google and youtube "ONLY" based on my findings with this kit. After Eclutchmaster saw the videos and 45 minutes on the phone with them last week, we agreed I would removed the videos, which I had done and the review and he would send me a new pressure plate that failed.I am still waiting on this "stronger" pressure plate he has promised to send, as a matter of fact I am do not feel sale with this kit while parts are coming loose from the pressure plate. I asked for a refund since day one and I am stuck this. I just want my refund. My car is still not running because all of this, as customer I believe I can voice my opinion on this kit with facts, that was my purpose of the video and educate when a vibration is coming from your transmission. He wanted to blame the fact because it's a stage 3 clutch too? Again, I removed the videos after our conversation and this Revdex.com complaint we before complaint. So if he thinks I want this for free, wrong. I wanted a kit that he descried and failed to deliver. I have plenty more picture and if I can send you the video I would be glad to.[redacted]

Review: Orders items from company and sent the wrong product. Called to request a return but couldn't because the item broke when installed. Customer care called my repair man dumb n dumber and was very very rude. Said words that were inappropriate to describe.Desired Settlement: Give me my money back n pay for all cost do to wrong item being installed.

Review: Purchased a clutch. When delivered it had a hole in it. When clutch was installed it was defective and would not work. When I contacted the company I was told to ship it back. I returned it via USPS tracking on October 2, 2014. It was received by eclutchmasters on October 6, 2014. I have provided the tracking number to the compan* 3 times. The company has this information. I have it on file if sandiegoRevdex.com.org needs this I can email a cop*. I have emailed compan* repeatedl*, have spoke with customer service REPEATEDLY, asking for my refund. I have several emails from company stating the* would refund, they had said to stop b* their office to pick up check, and when I responded that I was several states away, they stopped responding to me. I finally got a man by the name of [redacted] on their customer service line and told him I wanted the refund via paypal, same process that they used to take my mony, he said he had to talk to the boss. The* have not returned m* emails or phone calls. They have the clutch in their possession AND the $[redacted] I paid them. I would like my moneyreturned to me, as they originally stated when THEy told me to return the clutch. Thank you for you assistance with this.Desired Settlement: Would like the money I paid ($[redacted]) returned to me via [redacted] as I am on the road. I am not asking for anything else must that.

Review: I ordered a clutch from Eclutchmaster on 7/31/14. I received the incorrect clutch and contacted Eclutchmaster to let them know. I have emails and voicemails from them stating to return it and they would refund my money. I returned it to them on 9/17/14 on usps tracking# [redacted]. I have since emailed them over and over to see when I would get my money back as their policy states they will refund money within 3 days. They keep giving me the run around and still have not refunded my money. They promised to refund it by Friday 9/26/14, but they did not and still have not. They now have the clutch and my money and I'm left with nothing. I paid $125.65 for the clutch and I also paid $12.00 in return shipping charges. This company is the worst I have ever seen absolute thieves. I googled their company name and it seems like it is a common practice for them to take customers money and keep the product also. I bought a stage 3 clutch from eclutchmasters for a honda civic upon installation I found that the weld points on the pressure plate was to big and hit inside my bell housing messing up both the pressure plate and my bell housing. This company refused to call me back and upon every call I made they told me it was my problem and that they didn't care. Company is nothing like clutch masters just a ripoff of the name with faulty products please don't buy from this illegitimate company...

Review: The kit didn't fit the vehichle. So it was not used. [redacted] wanted to give me back $200.00. I disagreed and asked for all of my money because it was not my fault. Then he said there's a 20% restocking fee If I was to return it. So I returned it with delivery conformation before his 90 day return policy and he still oonly wanted to give me $200.00. I believe 20% of $380 is $78.00. I should get back 302.00 plus $15.65 shipping $317.65 to me. I also included a copy of his break in. Which is another reason I knew its not a good product. Iv'e been drag racing for over 20 years on a 1/4 mile and there's no way I can drive my car 450 to 500 miles before full power can be applied? This is not listed on h is sale ad only when you receive the kit!!!! Your help would be Greatly Appreciated.
