complaint ID: [redacted] appreciates every customer and the business that they bring usIt is to our knowledge that [redacted] filed a complaint on us to Revdex.com because she was not pleased about an [redacted] that was sent to us for repairHowever our records show that we did receive the *** 10-19-got it repaired and sent it back to [redacted] with a clean record as proof of our workShe received it and had it installed by a technician of her choiceWe were then informed that the [redacted] was not workingIt appears that there was a misuse on [redacted] ***'s technician when attempting to install the [redacted] on her truck since we had already repaired itWe asked her to send it back so that we could take a second look at itThe [redacted] had been damaged beyond repair At that point there was nothing we could do and we are not responsible for the damageUnfortunately she was not pleased and refused to pay so we were unable to send the [redacted] back to her unless we got paid for our workWe contacted [redacted] and explained the situation but she continued to refuse to make the payment After several attempts to collect payment she contacted us back and we settled the dispute by giving her a $discountThe [redacted] got sent back to her since 11-17-This is our explanation on the matter and we hope to use this experience to better our service with our future customers [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:That is not true what they are saying.It was installed by a qualified technician.And yes we did have to pay another bill or they said they were going to sale our *** so that didn`t give us a choice but pay and for the $discount he said he would give us didn`t happen because the first bill was $he told me before discount will after discount I had to pay $so again they lied to me but we had no choice but to pay it or to loose our ***See they knew they had me because they hand the upper hand so please tell me how dose that make them right for what they did to me.But I checked on there reviews on there sight and I see how many people they have done wrong and they are still getting away with it.we work hard for our money and we lost alot of money dealing with them and it is not fair what they are doing.We put our trust in them and they done us like this

IT IS UNFORTUNATE THAT THE CUSTOMER IS RELUCTANT TO THE REPORT EXPLANATION WE SENT THE CUSTOMER CLAIMS THE *** WAS INSTALLED BY A QUALIFIED TECHNICIAN AND WE CLAIM WE SENT OVER AN *** WITH A CLEAN REPORTAGAIN THE DAMAGES WERE NOT MADE BY US SO WE WILL NOT HOLD RESPONSIBILITY FOR THOSE DAMAGESWE ASKED THE CUSTOMER FOR PAYMENT AND FAILURE TO DO SO WOULD ALLOW US TO DISCARD OR SELL THE *** SINCE IT WAS NOT BEING PAYED FORTHE CUSTOMER WAS ASKED TO PAY NOT FORCED TO PAYTHE CUSTOMER CHOSE TO PAY AND WAS GIVEN $1OO DISCOUNT WHICH DOES NOT MEAN THAT SHIPPING CHARGES AND A CREDIT CARD FEES WOULD NOT BE APPLIEDWITH ALL THAT INCLUDED THE CUSTOMER OWED AFTER DISCOUNTTHERE IS NO LIE THEREWE ARE NOT HERE TO GET AWAY WITH ANYTHING AS CUSTOMER STATED AND EVERYONE IS ENTITLED TO THEIR OWN OPINIONSWE ARE STILL OPEN TO CONTINUE NEGOTIATION AND WE THANK GOD WE HAVE BEEN STAYING IN BUSINESS FOR SO MANY YEARSONCE IN A WHILE WE COME ACROSS AN UNHAPPY CUSTOMER BUT WE DO OUR BEST TO KEEP HAPPY

Client [redacted], Invoice #12684, paid $814.95 via Pay Pal on 10/21/15, sent his cummins ECM forrepairs on 10/22/2015. Unit was tested, repaired and shipped back to Mr. [redacted] with a clean report on10/23/2015. Mr. [redacted] contacted the office on 10/30/15 and claimed truck had died and there was...

nocommunication to ECM. Client shipped tCM back on ECMFilAM shipping account. When unit wastested, it displayed same problemas. before .initial repair, ECM was re-repair(;!d under warranty11/18/15. Client paid $50.00 for znd day shipping. On 11/23/2015, Mr. [redacted] contacted office and sentvideo via email to shoW ECM was still not working properly. We offered an exchange unit and had Mr.[redacted] send faulty ECM back to us under ECM Fram shipping account. We specified to Mr. [redacted] thatbecause he had already used his warranty repair, that we would need to test unit to see If an externalsource could be the reason for ECM to continuously malfunction, then we would prepare exchange unitand send to him with credit applied to exchange cost. As of l2/10/l5 unit has been tested thoughrolyand no faults or maifunctians have been found. We are more than willing to continue to work with Mr.[redacted] and offer the exchange unit. Attached .is PayPal payment received from client, copy of Invoice forinitial repairs, and copy of warranty repairs. we would like to resolve this matter and continue to have abusiness relationship with [redacted].

I tried to get a exchange but no body call waited a week for response got a ecm I don't need an other ecm you guys are not serious all I need is the money I spent and my core back  thanks
