Eco Baby Buys

Review: I purchased two cloth diapers from their website by bumkins. Upon receiving the diapers they both had damage near the buttons and holes in the fabric factory sealed. I contacted ecobabybuys several times before finally getting my issue resolved and having a replacement sent to me. The replacement that was sent it was not the same product that I ordered. It was the same type of diaper but completely different patterns. I contacted ecobabybuys again waiting several times for replies and after sending several more emails I was told I would be receiving bumkins new line of diapers with improved pul. considering the pul was the problem I had with both sets of replacements. I have sent several emails asking for tracking information on my replacements to be told only the bumkins is sending them out. It has been a month and I still have no replacements. I would like ecobabybuys to honor the original purchase that I made and either replace my diapers with exactly what was purchased or honor what they had said as far as an upgraded replacement from bumpkins. this is crazy I have never dealt with such poor customer service and lack of response from any company in the past.Desired Settlement: to stop getting the runaround from this company and actually receive my replacement diapers of the upgraded version as promised. Or at least have some sort of proof and tracking number instead of a vague general reply to that is very rarely answered when inquired upon. the representative whom I have been dealing with is [redacted]
